Having some time to kill while my son was at the P2K Shooting Range, I trusted Yelp yet again for a dinner recommendation in the area. Well done, guys!
Sultan is a little out of the way in a strip mall, but (Tardis-like) it seems bigger on the inside than the outside. The place was fairly empty while we were there, and the service was excellent -- our waitress was very attentive, food came out at a good pace and we were given several suggestions for complementary dishes.
We started with Penirli Borek -- sort of a Turkish spanakopita -- which came with two pieces and a tsatsiki-esque yogurt sauce. I ordered Kuzu Sis -- grilled marinated lamb with sides of rice and salad -- and my companion had Izmir Kofte -- sort of a meatball stew, which came in a little pot accompanied by rice and bread. Both of our entrees were absolutely enormous and yielded lunch for the next day. Per our waitress's suggestion, we finished with Kaymak Kadayif, a dessert in the baklava family with sort of a cheese center ... this is unlike anything I've ever tried, but really delicious (theoretically it feeds four, but we snarfed it down all in one sitting, washed down with little cups of Turkish coffee).

We really liked the food, and the portions are pretty good. Lots of rice & veggies and then the meat selected. The dessert we tried and was a surprise, very tasty, though really sized for sharing. It does take awhile to prepare, so ask ahead of time if you don't want to wait.....maybe 5+min.
Service was pretty good, prices very good for portion and quality. Furnishings are similar to what you would find in Turkey, nothing fancy. Clean, it's just not going to set an atmosphere if that's...
