Starbucks needs to tighten up their game!
Every evening my wife likes to enjoy her favorite Starbucks drink as I drive her to work. I opened up my Starbucks app and ordered two. Upon check out, the app states to pick up my order at the inside counter, or the walk up window. Being a little pressed for time, I arrived promptly at the prescribed time stated on the app. I parked my car and went to the door where the barista motioned to go to the drive-thru. While this is normally not a problem, the line was wrapped around the small shopping plaza. In line, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. Mark, the shift supervisor spoke to me with a seemingly cavalier tone in his glib response the restaurant closed at 8 PM, but the drive-through stays open till 9 PM. First of all, this is a busy Starbucks that closes at 9 PM??? It has no walk up window to receive my order? Mark said to go to the drive-through. I explained, it will be about 15 to 20 minute wait (short staffed?). I explained to Mark that my wife was waiting for me to bring her drink and take her to work and she would be late, and I am going to be minus my male appendage! I asked mark if he could just hand my drinks through the door that were already paid for or through his drive-through window if I was able to walked up. Mark promptly told me again to go through the drive-through he could not open the door. While I understand the possible, safety concern, This is a very inconsiderate policy on behalf of Starbucks to not state on the, nor the google search! There is no pick up window, but states to pick up inside or at pick up window. Please understand I will not bring my business to such an unorganized business, and rude employees. This review does not even address the countless wrong drinks that their staff was asked to remake. Needless to say we are very very frustrated at your shift Supervisor’s attitude. My favorite drink to get from Starbucks is my trenta iced coffee with caramel syrup and whole milk,
For some reason the last eight times I have got this it's either from the mollison location or the jamacha and East main location which is the branch I am currently reviewing,
Every time the coffee has been mixed to perfection, and although sometimes they don't put enough whole milk they're always nice about giving me a little bit on the side to add to my trenta,
the other drinks I get are the cookie crumble frappuccino, the caramel frappuccino, and the Java Chip frappuccino which are all excellent drinks!
My favorite thing to eat here is the impossible breakfast sandwich which is absolutely flawless!
the only thing is I wish they would allow you to add more egg and patties but you might as well just get two sandwiches because this is not McDonald's lol!
TRUST ME DO NOT GET THEIR BREAKFAST BURRITO IT IS HORRENDOUS!!!
LIKE I SAID THIS ISN'T MCDONALD'S THIS ISN'T A MEXICAN FOOD PLACE SO THEY REALLY SHOULDN'T BE MAKING BURRITOS IT IS JUST ARTIFICIAL EGGS AND VERY SMALL PIECES OF SAUSAGE AND THE TORTILLA ON THE OUTSIDE IS DRY AND CRUMBLES ALL OVER YOUR CAR, IT'S JUST A DISGUSTING BURRITO,
But this is Starbucks and they do what Starbucks does best which is coffee and I have no complaints with their coffee thank you for the staff that continues to work their butts off to get us our coffee in a reasonable amount of time,

Read moreI order from the app on a daily basis...never had such a ridiculous experience than I did yesterday...I placed an order on the app...when I showed up, it was busy (understandable) so inside of waiting in the drive thru, I went inside. 3 employees were there making drinks etc, and I waited....and waited...and waited then when all the drinks were finished and mine had not popped up I finally decided to approach the female working, I asked once "I ordered on the app..just wanted"...she walked away. Then came back, ok let's try this again "hey I just wanted to see if my drinks went through" she literally rolled her eyes and went to the back....ok, so I go to the registers, where I heard the other employee talking ish the entire time he was warming up sandwiches "if you don't like it make your own drinks. Get the effort out of here .I hate this place" he ignored me for another minute then finally asked what I wanted to order, I said "I ordered some drinks on the app and wanted to make sure they went through" he walked away in mid sentence and went to go check and they were sitting right there the orders and he just started making them without saying a single thing to me, mumbling again and slamming stuff around.... Ridiculous! I worked as a barista for 8 years...it gets busy! I get that! But they were ridiculously rude. I hate to seem like the annoying customer. I just wanted to know if my drinks had even gone through the app...I won't be going back to...
