Christy's Donuts — Restaurant in El Cajon

wow..... is all i can say. the donuts are pretty good but the customer service is horrible. the woman that works there barely speaks english and shouts at you to hurry. i knew what i wanted already before i went in so it wasnt like i was lagging or anything. i bought a half dozen in which she shoved into a paper bag smashing the donuts on each other. when she gave me the total she stumbled for fiffthy out of her mouth in broken english with a heavy accent. i politely said sorry what? she looked up repeated herself. again sorry i'm not understanding you. by then she was furious annoyed and screamed for fifthy as she showed me four with one hand and five with the other. i said four fifty and she said yes i say loud already and stupid people dont understand me. hahaha !!!!! really????? wow???? never have i been treated like that ever. i had already handed her a five by then and she tossed the fifty cents on the counter. picked it up. looked at her as she spun around and turned her back on me and said well thank you too...... i will never spend one cent here again. your a nasty person and left. me and my daughter have quite the sweet tooth and love donuts. being that we recently moved to the neighborhood and live a block away.... with in walking distance...... we would have patronized this business quite frequently. we will never go there again and strongly recommend that nobody else does. i dont care how good the food or the price people dont deserve to be treated like that. completely and totally disgusted with her...

The DOUNUTS here are not the best and let's not get into how rude and disrespectful the staff is that works here. My daughter got a strawberry smoothie one time and she didn't like it and when I tasted it it tasted like antibiotics no fresh fruit all they put was some powder and ice and some milk NASTY 🤢 and when I went back and told them I wanted my money back that my daughter didn't like it and taste nasty the one lady that wears a hat yelled at me and said you bought it you keep it well I yelled back at her and said no I'm not keeping it I WANT MY MY MONEY BACK NOW and one of the other Ladies said will give you your money back it's ok. So that was my experience at this NASTY donut place. Try DONUT BROS down the street so so much better DOUNUTS...

The lady getting my donuts was so rude 😭😭 I asked for a dozen glazed donut holes (which she gave me no problem) and a dozen regular. First of all the donuts taste like used charcoal. Second, I ordered maybe 4-5 donuts for the box and asked how many I had left and she said "Too many. Hurry up" and I said what? and she repeated herself while gesturing to speed it up, meanwhile I thought I was being quick because I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was so taken aback that I almost left but I really wanted some donuts. She kept pushing me to hurry the entire rest of my order and was overall extremely rude with everything she said until it came time to pay. Now, I was going to give this a 1 star rating, but the prices are great so...
