I usually get my Dutch coffees from 2nd street in El Cajon. I decided go to Dutch bro’s on Jamacha. There were 4 cars in total, I was the last one. There wasn’t a single person in sight, until about 5 min later. The girl who finally came out and took my order seem uninterested with her job. She charged me twice and had to leave to get it fixed. Still waiting. She finally confirmed that it was refunded. It took about another 10 minutes to get my drink. The girl who proceeded to give me my order, called out a mocha, and I told her that wasn’t me. Because my order was partially refunded it set it back. So she was making my order, asked me if I wanted milk in it? Which was odd cause I order this same drink all the time. I repeated my order to her and she had a nasty look on her face and when she finally gave me my drink I asked her if it had pumpkin in it. She said yes. After I received my drink it was watery ( was supposed to be blended) and had no pumpkin syrup in it and I could tell it didn’t have the extra shot of espresso as I requested. Read moreI was excited to try this new local location and I got a Large Dutch 2O with blue raspberry, strawberry, sweet cream and cold foam and when I received my drink I looked at it and noticed it was too dark so I told my boyfriend about it and he parked right away and took it inside and told them. After waiting 5min he came back with the same drink and a separate cup of sweet cream. I then proceeded to get down and talked to the manager how they incorrectly made my drink and if they can re make it. He then stated that my boyfriend said he wanted the sweet cream in a separate cup which was not it. I then told the manager what happened and if I can get a remake or a refund. He then stated I did not order sweet cream which is why it was not on the screen but I got the cold foam. I proceeded again to tell him she repeated my order before paying unless she repeated it and not type it in which makes no sense. I then again asked for a refund or remake and he FINALLY gave me a remake and it had little to no foam. I gave up and left. This location is NOT the location to go to. Read moreMy daughter whoms sons birthday was today 8/9 was denied a birthday drink, unbelievable he is 3 years old, then when gentleman brought her the drinks I told her to ask him as I know they do birthday drinks for the kiddos he stated yes we do, she then asked why she was denied, instead of trying to make the situation better, like offering to make him a drink, didn't say a thing ! Dutch Bro that's my grandson and my daughter drove over 25 minutes just to get there, on top of that her husband has been deployed for over 5 months and it really makes me angry that I told her to take him there you denied a 3 year old little boy a birthday drink, shame on you !!
