My experiences at the Rally’s Restaurant, located on East Main Street, El Cajon, CA, have recently been Beyond Extremely Below Standard.
The individual taking my order a day ago, and moving between the Front Cash Register and the Food Preparation Line, appeared to be the same Store Manager that has taken my orders several times in the past.
It always appears as tho She Is Angry At The World. Her Tone Of Voice, Lack Of Eye Contact, And Overall Nasty Disposition, is Her Unwarranted Attitude On Full Display in her workplace.
In addition, one of the Crew Members at the Soda Dispenser appeared to find it necessary to Coughed Over My Beverage Two Times, and appeared to be Smirking To Himself.
I did Not Drink The Beverage, but in retrospect, maybe I Should Not Have Eaten The Sandwiches that I purchased, now Fearing The Possibility Of Contracting Something Unhealthy.
I Definitely Love And Look Forward To The Fabulous Rally’s Menu, especially the Seasoned Fries.
But because of the events that I have mentioned above, as well as the Numerous Homeless People Constantly Frequenting The Area And Asking For Money, I have chosen not to return to that particular Rally’s Restaurant, located on East Main Street, El Cajon, CA.
You on the other hand, are welcome to exercise your own prerogative, and have your meals anywhere of...

Rally's staff in El Cajon is always rude. They get your order wrong fifty percent of the time. And now they thought it would be a good idea to introduce a new feature, the A.I powered voice bot that takes your order.
Trust me, I get why they introduced this new feature with all the labor shortages these days and an unfriendly staff at most facilities but wow!! Someone should have tested it before rolling it out.
When I pulled up to order my food and seen the sign stating "please be patient, we have a new robot staff that is in training". I instantly thought, I wonder if this is going to be anything like paying my credit cards by phone... it was!
I asked for a Bacon brewhouse Mother Cruncher. And the AI bot says a "classic mother cruncher". I repeated my order 2 more times, but very slowly. The AI bot kept getting it wrong. At that point, I'm thinking I might as well just park and walk up to the window, so I did. And unsurprisingly, a rude @@*#^% lady opens the window. "What do you need today?"
I'll stop there.
I will say this. My order was filled right and it was fresh, so thank you rude lady and staff. However, that will be my last experience with that location.
I hope everyone else's interactions are...
Read moreFood and speed is a 7/10, but seems lately the cashier staff has been a 3/10. Some look unhappy to be working there, well one in particular. I had interactions with 2 girls there at the window today at around 2:30 pm. Drive thru only had 1 car at the window and was gone by the time I pulled up, so it was not that busy. One gal (the short one of the 2) was kind and handed me my order towards the end and had no problem saying hi or if I needed anything else like "ketchup". But, the other girl (husky and a bit taller) working the window seemed upset or miserable to be there. She stood with her back facing me the whole time and never said anything or thank you while I handed her my bank card. I attempted to break the ice but she pretended to be busy by staring at the opposite drive thru window. I don't understand why the princess premadonnas always end up working the front line of good fast food restaurants such as this one. It's actually kinda simple, if you don't like what you do then FIND SOMETHING ELSE that makes you more happier. I would hate to see this establishment struggle all because of one disgruntled worker that is ungrateful for at least having a job in time's like this. I will be back because they do have the best seasoned fries, but I hope the service is a little more pleasant...
