Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Cajon

Would LOVE to leave a negative if possible. Another terrible visit doing door dash here. Every time you come here especially in the night the workers are the rudest with no shame about it. We sat in a long line for 1 order. Right after the 1st window we accept another order, same location, we get to the window and Jonas(cashier) said we do not get the order because we didnt ask so we have to leave and go back into the line and do it again. This is news to doordashers!! We say this is new we dont understand please explain. I mean if you want to feel like you caused someone to go so far out of there way that you feel bad for asking but then adds by pointing at you and proceeding to talking to you as if you have no brain what so ever. So we go back around to deal with this lovey kid again. This is when we meet Avi (a manager) also one of the rudest people yet. As soon as we start asking for management She couldn't stop smirking and rolling her eyes and Jonas decided to stand and stare while smiling and smirking at us behind her while she was incrediblely short and didnt care even an ounce. Getting really over accepting night orders for this place just to constantly get rude and inconsiderate people. If you cant handle night shift lets not do nigh shift then. Trust me nobody wants to deal with this locations nighshift anything. Will definitely make sure to report to doordash so drivers can avoid location or accept up till night shift clocks...

Horrible customer service!! I came to this location with the intent to make a big order for to go to bring to a family function as soon as I parked I had to use the restroom very badly So I entered and ask the employee for the code for the bathroom and told her that I would be ordering a large order when I came out. Another employee rudely interrupted the first employee as she was kindly responding, and screamed to me that I was not allowed to use the restroom unless I order first. It was one of those situations where I had to go bad to the restaurant. I'm older and I just don't have control like I used to. Luckily I heard to code from the first employee and ran to the restroom. When I was finished I rudely was greeted by the second employee who then said "okay so you better make your order now"!! Well what a crazy visit the other day! I accidentally dumped my soda on the table. I asked a person at the counter for a rag so I could wipe it up. He came out and started pulling napkins out of a dispenser. I told him that I could have done that. His attitude was well why didn't you. I felt a rag would have done a better job. After a moment of wiping he gave up and sent s kid out with a mop a bucket a rag and a couple cones with caution signs. What profit the made on the sale of my meal went to the 2 man effort to clean it up. I'm used to getting fries hotter here. Perhaps the cooled down with all the excitement. My friends custom order was not correct. He guessed it was due to the cooks command of the American English language. They appeased him with another order of fries.
