Horrible. They made me seem like I was doing something wrong and or stole a debit card. I told the ladies at the drive thrue that I if I can pay for the next 7 cars behind me. They told me yes no problem. I was happy I like good deeds and there’s so much negative energy that I wanted to spread love I wasn’t even recording or expecting anything. But it turned into a nightmare for me. I felt disrespected and they had my card blocked. The manager wasn’t aware I wasn’t informed I couldn’t do that and even had to ID me because he didn’t believe that was my debit card. I work an honest living for that money and I felt discriminated and kinda made of a joke. Totally dissapointed and embarrassed. I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I will keep on spreading love and positivity that’s all we need in this world. I mean no harm but that was totally horrible I’m a customer too. I drove home dissapointed and just so let down. I didn’t know paying for people would be so much of a hassle . They could of told me no and I would of went my way instead they made me believe they could and the manager even made me feel terrible. Them not communicating right . Made it worse for me I should of just gotten a no and my night would of not been ruined: The two ladies in the drive thrue said yes and then the manager turns around and tells me that it can’t be done because of “ safety “ reasons and it’s totally understandable but never was ever brought upon to my attention until after I was had to give my id to verify it’s me and was basically getting in trouble. I didn’t wanan cause a scene or make anyone stop from what they were doing I felt so horrible . I know that it got blocked and they have to verify my id but they were so rude about it and they didn’t even tell me it was blocked I had to basically go into the drive thrue. No one was telling me anything. The staff should of known better not my fault I was not able to do that especially since I wasn’t informed they took my card and I was happy thinking everyone was taking...

This place doesn't even rate 1 star. I am not from this town I pulled in off the freeway and when I pulled in the driveway there is no sign that says drive up window over there. So as I got in line there's six cars in front of me a guy comes around the opposite way which I am told is the correct way and cut me off another car behind him followed him so now I've got two cars in front of me that cut me completely off. Then a guy comes around the corner in his car and honking his horn rudely honking his horn I didn't know what to do I'm half in the drive half not He parks his car comes over to my window and tells me I have to get out of line and go to the end of the line which is now another 10 cars deep. He walks up to the guy taking the orders He tells them that I cut in line which I did not I was the last person in line and all these other cars came in. He moved a cone for me to exit immediately to go to the back of the line and I said f u I got out of line I don't need their food I can go somewhere else and get better service I would never ever recommend this location for anybody to stop at no matter how hungry they are there's plenty of other places around here to eat at and I don't need that service and whoever these people are that think that they rate so high that they can tell people to get out of line when they're ordering the same freaking thing a...

The place is always packed, which is fair, so be patient and be ready to wait in line at both the dine-in and drive-thru. The employees outside helping the drive-thru go by quicker are always friendly, patient, and helpful and I've never had an issue with them with the minor exception of today's visit where they got my order wrong for an XL Pink Lemonade and they gave me a medium. Where I have an issue with is one of the girls at the window handing you the order always has a shitty attitude and has on occasion rolled her eyes when we've asked for condiments or something. Today, she handed us a medium Pink Lemonade and it puzzled us because we ordered an XL, so I told her that they got it wrong and if they had to charge us it was okay. She replied,"well that's what you paid for." This was my fourth time having an issue with her so I just rolled my eyes this time and told her "fine, I guess." We asked for spread and she sighed and when she did that we just took our order and left. If it wasn't for her, we would give a much better review for this place. Possibly a 4 star. I wanted to do 2 stars, but that would've been a disservice to the rest of the staff.
