I never rate or comment on any businesses but I was surprised and bothered by the rudeness from most of the staff that I felt I had to venti, haha pun intended. The rating is for the customer service as the drinks are always spot on. I didn't get the names but the african american cashier was very nice and professional. I walked in for a second order and the other employee (she was working drive through but took my order at the counter) seemed impatient and seemed to be bothered that I didn't have the orders memorized and had attitude when repeating the order. Then when the drinks were ready I asked for a carry out tray for the multiple drinks I ordered and the barista grabbed one from the stack and just tossed it on the counter. Probably upset that I disrupted his show. He didn't put those plugs they put on the drinks so they won't spill or splash out so needless to say it was a messy ride home. The staff is exceptional and incredibly sweet. I get my favorite beverage here every single day and it's spot on without fail. That can't be said for the other 30+ (at least) that I've visited over the years. And going back to the staff I have to say that they always leave me happy and with a huge smile, they literally perk (ok, pun intended, lol! ☕) up my day! Kudos from the management down to the newest employee!!! ❤❤❤ Oh....I have to give a shout out to the gentlemen who work there when the battery cable came off of my car while ordering (drive thru) and very quickly placed it back on for me and not only are my heroes but got the line moving quickly again.
