Starbucks — Restaurant in El Centro

I never rate or comment on any businesses but I was surprised and bothered by the rudeness from most of the staff that I felt I had to venti, haha pun intended. The rating is for the customer service as the drinks are always spot on. I didn't get the names but the african american cashier was very nice and professional. I walked in for a second order and the other employee (she was working drive through but took my order at the counter) seemed impatient and seemed to be bothered that I didn't have the orders memorized and had attitude when repeating the order. Then when the drinks were ready I asked for a carry out tray for the multiple drinks I ordered and the barista grabbed one from the stack and just tossed it on the counter. Probably upset that I disrupted his show. He didn't put those plugs they put on the drinks so they won't spill or splash out so needless to say it was a messy ride home. I was in town for the weekend and I will definitely not return to this location (State St). In case anyone from Starbucks actually read these comments it was Saturday 9/3/16 at...

Applause for the Starbucks on Imperial & Main, El Centro!!! 👏👏👏 If any other business wants to know how to create the perfect staff they need to spend time at this particular establishment. The staff is exceptional and incredibly sweet. I get my favorite beverage here every single day and it's spot on without fail. That can't be said for the other 30+ (at least) that I've visited over the years. And going back to the staff I have to say that they always leave me happy and with a huge smile, they literally perk (ok, pun intended, lol! ☕) up my day! Kudos from the management down to the newest employee!!! ❤❤❤ Oh....I have to give a shout out to the gentlemen who work there when the battery cable came off of my car while ordering (drive thru) and very quickly placed it back on for me and not only are my heroes but got the line moving quickly again. Thank you to everyone at Imperial & Main!...

Joel and Nirvana both mislead me saying they couldn’t grab the manager from the back because she doesn’t like to speak to customers which I didn’t understand so I asked if they could ask anyways they then told me she was in a very important meeting with a coworker so I said fine and gave up I stayed and drank my drink and 5 min later she comes to the middle of the store and meets with a customer for what looks like an interview I ate my pride and left instead of causing a scene but I felt very disrespected and discriminated against for absolutely no reason I thought I would let you and Starbucks know of these 2 individuals with absolutely no customer service skills dishing out bad experiences like they should be dishing out...
