Taco Bell North West Ave., El Dorado, AR 07/24/2018 07:03AM A breakfast order was placed at the drive thru this morning and two items were missing from the bag. One item was paid for the other item was not. We live in the County a decent drive from town. I returned to pick up the item and pay for the other. The cashier: Cassandra S, screamed, yelled and hollered at me through the drive thru window saying, You’re not getting anything for free. #1, I only returned to pick up the item which was paid for and incorrectly bagged to begin with! #2, As far as I had to drive and the gas I had to use today; My entire order should of been replaced at No Cost. This is the way you take care of the customer and the customer returns to your business which provides your paycheck. I have worked in the Customer Service industry for years and You NEVER yell and holler at the customer. This employee needs to be fired because if she behaves like this to one customer; she will treat other customers this way. El Dorado Taco Bell has lost my business and as of this morning many others business who I’ve informed of the situation. Losing future business over an incorrect order can be detrimental to a company’s operation. I’ve read several complaints online pertaining to the drive thru. The Manager and DM should fix this problem immediately!...
Read moreWalked into the lobby was standing at the counter waiting to order when why appeared to be a manager was standing at the register I began to start telling my order. The lady said hold on, I said ok, then another lady asked "what do ya want" I began my order, she then started telling my order to another lady who was working the drive-thru window. I finished telling my order, they told me the total cost of the order and I paid them for my purchase. Upon receipt of the food, my husband and I said thank you and NO ONE, I REPEAT NO ONE acknowledged that we said anything. no one in the store spoke to us other than the phrase "what u want" , and the phrase "22.19" those were the only two things said to us. The entire staff acted as if I was a bother being in the store and them having to serve me. I honestly felt very discriminated against. I won't be back. I was simply passing through town as a medical service provider for my husband's grandfather and I can't get treated with respect. I would not have stopped to eat anything usually but since I am a cancer patient and I am on chemotherapy, I have to eat when I get hungry or I get sick. Read moreThe cashier girl was nice. The heavy set woman tho was rude. My order was incorrect. I drove back to the drive thru line. Asked nicely if they can correct it. They said to pull up. One taco was missing the protein and the heavy set woman said "Well we already made it so I can give you a side of the protein" I said No thanks then Ill just take a refund for that taco. She got upset and said ok hold on and then disappeared. They remade both items correctly and handed it to me and said thank you. Now the only reason she remade the item was because it was probably more work to give a refund instead. I wouldn't recommend or return to this location again just because the staff don't seem to care for the work they do. If you have to ask for them to remake it and they have an attitude, I just hope they did it cleanly. But I doubt it because she looked upset. I spent almost 30minutes at this Taco bell, wasn't upset because its a fast food restaurant...cant expect great service but this place...
