When customer is being checked out need to tell employees not to be on their wireless headphones talk to the customer greet them like you are happy they are buying something and the store can make money. Also the day when I returned items because they didn’t fit customer shouldn’t be treated funny like two employees look at the return one says how much and she says a lot when I asked what the problem is she says it messes with our sales why didn’t you try on when you got it, it shouldn’t matter why I didn’t but I was pushed for time so I purchased thinking it would fit. I shop here a lot usually I can judge if it will fit well sorry it didn’t!! Anyway more than likely I would come back like I usually do and continue to buy I love Cato clothes get Christmas gift card from family Birthdays etc maybe I’ll tell them I’ll shop somewhere else I hate that people treat customers like this we don’t have to shop at Cato’s. I did it because the clothes are nice and the price is affordable....
