Planet Fitness — Local services in El Dorado

My payment hit Wednesday but I got paid today. 3 days. The same exact Second that my 27 dollar payment didn’t go through, I was charged 20 dollars. The bank doesn’t even do that. I haven’t been yet bc of work but I’m cancelling today. The exact second without a 10 day grace period is insane with how the economy is today.

The equipment at this exact location is old and faulty without hopes for upgrades since the location doesn’t meet their financial goals. My friend, getting out of the tanning bed like NORMAL, went through the glass and that’s how we found out about all the equipment never getting upgraded from the Staff there. So good luck to yall. I hope yall don’t die and actually sue them unlike my friend who was too nice, though she did file an accident report in case her cut up knee got infected and needed medical attention.

I’d rather just pay the extra for Healthworks and know that I am at least dealing with professionals instead of penny pinching scam artists.

Oh and I have Black Card membership that just started this month and paid one fee and didn’t realize I would be charged again the exact same month. So that was $60 for the month of June and didn’t even get to go. I’d rather pay the annual fee at Healthworks and not worry about it again.

Th whole place isn’t worth even the 27 a month, much less 40 even though I get paid weekly so it would never be more than a few days if late, but there is ZERO grace period.

UPDATE: They reimbursed my 20 dollars late fee last night so that’s a plus. Will be going to check out the actual site myself soon. Can update more from there. Will be confirming if they really are advertising it to be 24/7 but actually not. With my work schedule, I would need odd hours to be able to go during the week so that will be a deal breaker if there’s not really a way I can attend except on weekends.

This place isn’t even 24/7 like the rest of the nation. Their excuse, “COVID-19” that was 4 years ago. If it’s not the “traffic available” to keep it open then why can’t they stock up the fridge?? What’s the excuse now? Corporate doesn’t have funds? If privately owned… don’t be cheap

Great place to exercise or workout, excellent & helpful staff, very clean bathrooms, changing rooms, & shower(@ Least the men's side is, personally idk about the ladies side but I'm sure its just as clean & nice).. They have several different types of exercise equipment, cable machines, free weights, yoga mats, & dumbells to pick from for use in your workouts.. Overall a great gym with a good atmosphere & everyone is friendly & nods, waves, or says hello when you pass..
