.I hope and pray Ivan Smith will pick people who are not fake 🙏 🙄🤥😬😡😤my experience there in the last 4 to 5day was very Rude people workers 🙄 one day i go in and all sales people not helping me as a loyal customer since 1986 89. All the laughing behind my back was uncalled for, even by the manger of the store 🙄 in Eldorado Arkansas. My feelings 😪 was really hurt by at least 5 of the workers and delivering drivers and warehouse workers and my husband and family is about to go up in there and give all of them a piece of their mind Frrr. And the last crews wasn't that much better Ginger was very very Rude to me all the time. And her manger at the time never corrected her at all. I got in at least two more arguing seem. She was very Very Rude to me and my family even my grandkids and sons are who ever we sent to make payment on our account. When I walked in the store Noone spoke to me no good morning, I spoke first and I even told them 🙃 I feel very cold in here. And only one sales person said to me no not really r something he said that didn't mean alot to me at all. I told all of them if they don't watch it there going to get Shut down. Was pleased with how helpful Sharon was in assisting us with our purchase!!! Was not pleased that I had to call to see when my furniture was coming in . They had told me it would be in on Jan. 26th. I called on Jan 30th only to find out that they would not deliver it to the store until I paid another $30.00 dollars. I was never contacted or told when I put down my deposit that I owed more. I had already paid $800.00. Which was just less than half of the total purchase. I feel like that should have been told to me up front. Regardless I think it is ridiculous to hold my furniture longer because of $30.00!!! In the future I think it should be made clear to ALL customers if you require more money up front. I don't have money to burn so I sure was not just going to pay $800.00 and not come back to pay the rest and get my furniture. Bought a custom sofa and love seat. They were overstuffed to the extent that they made my back and neck ache. The piping was horrible and crooked and puckered. The seams were off center. Also bought a Queen bed. When the men were putting it together they forced it into the groove on the leg. I made them take it back and ordered a new set because they scuffed it on the floor and scratched it. When the "new" one was set up and they had left I was cleaning it and I found the scuff and the same scratch. It was not a new one but only had been held at the store for 2 1/2 weeks and brought back to me. Very disappointed and unhappy with service and quality.
