La Villa Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in El Dorado

Went here with family while visiting based off reviews here. Got greeted and seated promptly, then it went down from there. Waited about 20 minutes before having to ask for a server. After asking one of the servers walking by, the response he gave was very rude with "I'm not your server and walked off." I said I know you are not but I was asking could you get our server. Then 2 servers walked up trying to take our orders and one stated that "if you don't like it you can leave." I then asked for the manager and he too said if we didn't like it "theres the door." And so we got up and left. They had no customer service skills and was very rude. I have kids in the service industry and know very well how difficult it is being a server, but its not hard to be courteous to your patrons even if we had to wait communicate that and we would understand. Nice facility. Good food & service......however we were greeted by a gentleman who absolutely refused entry to our licensed trained & certified service dog. When we explained that it was illegal to deny us entry & told him if he had a problem he was welcome to call the police, he finally "welcomed" us in with a curt "you can sit in the corner". We were directed to a table in the corner under a roof leak. After being hit with several drops of water we complained & were "allowed" to move 1 seat away. The man who "greeted us" continued to scowl at our dog throughout the meal, but refused to allow himself to become educated about service dogs, their jobs, & business requirements for entry. I recently visited your restaurant and was disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, a family in front of us waited to be seated. After five minutes, a host seated them, and we were next in line. However, another host disregarded our presence and asked the party behind us about their size. The family politely informed the host that we were there first. Despite this, the host remained silent. I expressed gratitude to the family for acknowledging us and informed them that we would be dining elsewhere.
