So sad to be discriminated against by your own people/race…I may have been born in California and not in Mexico or any other Latin country…Yet I still embrace my Latin culture as well as my Latin people. Whether you were born in the United States or outside of the United States, we are the same/somos igualés. I had my small Service Dog/Animal with me & he is clean as well as well kept up. Not only was I asked if he was a Service Animal, I was also asked if I had documentation to prove that he was a Service Animal. Unfortunately, I didn't have documentation with me today since I have never been asked for it as well as have never been told that my dog needed to be wearing a Service Animal harness. The rules are that Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. Establishments that sell or prepare food must generally allow service animals in public areas even if state or local health codes prohibit animals on the premises. People with disabilities who use service animals cannot be isolated from other patrons, treated less favorably than other patrons, or charged fees that are not charged to other patrons without animals. I will no longer be coming to this establishment after today as I feel insulted &...
Read moreCashier was unfriendly & short to us and to the only other group of 3 people. Smiling, kind engagement or at least a better tone of voice is essential in food service, she displayed none of these.
We were the only 5 people in the whole restaurant. Despite this fact, as we were trying to order, the other party was complaining about how there order was wrong and missing some items. Truthfully the appearance of this place was nothing impressive at all, and did not appear to be top shelf for cleanliness. Should of paid heed to this point! When we got our food, there was a weird aggressiveness from her about giving us more salsa. That should be your top selling point, why be so stingy with salsa? However I wish we never even came to this restaurant and we will never so again. After experiencing terrible stomach problems it is PAINFULLY obvious that they do not care about their customers health or well being. We hope their health guidance grade is a 'C' moving forward. Because they are not clean or kind to their customers. Skip this place and your stomach...
Read moreOne of our burrito tasted like it had no beans. They are very skimpy with their ingredients. On the 2nd burrito we asked for no rice and it had it. We were so hungry and they took their time to make our food. People that were walking in ordering got their food before we did and they couldn't even get it straight. When I took my daughter's burrito with very little beans they gave me the burrito back and said it has beans. They didn't even bother adding a lil more or even wrapping it back up. The one with rice they said oh we can make it over. At that point we were all hungry and just ate the food they served to us all wrong.. My 7 mares soup was not all that at all. Looks like the manager was rude and yelled at the employee because she took our order and we went back and the employee tried helping. With their prices they can upgrade the face of the restaurant. A homeless lady entered and the employee that was taking orders called the employee told her to get rid of the...
