Beware of this Ross I went to return something I had bought my son accidentally destroyed the receipt I was able to salvage most of it and snap a picture of the receipt number which then before I went to return the item I had called customer service and they sent me oa copy of the receipt when I went to the store I told him I had called customer service they sent me a copy of the receipt the item I had also didn't have the tag on it due to it was going to be a gift but did not fit the person they then told me to go walk around the store and find the exact same sweater that I bought most likely knowing that it wasn't even there I then walked around for 15 minutes then told myself why am I doing this because I already talked to customer service I called the customer service line again fortunately it was the same person that had already told me I could go and do that she then called the store to see what was going on they then stated that her store policy mind you they have to abide by the company policy so that tells me they're making up their own rules not once did the manager come out and speak to me directly they then said they would do the return entered in the numbers that were on the receipt to find out the item on the receipt says it was a blue jacket or some type of deal like that they then check the cameras to ensure it was the jacket I had bought on that exact day which means also you guys could be overpaying for certain items because apparently the tags are incorrect to start with be careful what you buy from this Ross don't take any of your tags off if you are unsure because they are making up their own rules and to have a customer walk around the store on a wild goose hunt is very disrespectful especially when I had already asked customer service if it was okay cuz I had a picture of the receipt the part that had the receipt number she sent me an actual copy of the receipt and they still made up their own rules even though corporate office was calling them and telling them different check the price tags before you even buy the item because they're not doing...

I asked the associate Sergio if I could keep my items in the store while I shopped at Superior next door. He said that would be okay and I was really thankful! It made my shopping experience very convenient! They have an awesome selection of stuff and I canāt wait to go back to furnish my new place! Everyone was incredibly polite, especially my cashier and the security guard gentleman.

Um yeah I'm sure many women had tried the jumpsuit in the dressing room. If I had worn it once I would at least washed and clean it before I return it. Guess someone was having a bad day and likes to take it out on customers. She should of thought of that before working in retail. Fix that attitude employee working at the return cashier for future reference. Please...
