Starbucks — Restaurant in El Monte

I don't think that taking down one drink is that hard, I was just here at drive through @7:12 am / February 8, 2018. I ordered a white hot chocolate mocha BUT requested without the mocha, you have to order it like this just to get a white hot chocolate. I repeated myself 3 times to make sure it is without the mocha, I just wanted a white hot chocolate (which I ordered this before and was told to say it like this too.) The girl said yes, that's the name for the drink. SMH when I got my drink it had mocha inside. SHE ONLY HAD 1 JOB to get 1 drink correct. Unfortunately this location just opened, they don't have a phone number listed yet for me to get her name. Needing to get to work I didn't bother to wait around for her to do her job right. LISTEN to your customers, take down the right drink order and get it done correctly the first time. Maybe she needs more training or learn the drink...

My house is couple minutes drive to this starbucks location, so i come here regularly. One day around 8ish, i was ready to order Medicine ball because I’ve been feeling sick that day, but first i need to wash my hands because i just changed my tire. My hands was really dirty that time. So, I asked the store manager if I can use the restroom to was my hands, but she said “ you can’t use the restroom its not a public restroom.” she told me if I want , I can go to Home Depot to wash hand.Ive been coming to this starbucks, and i comes to Home Depot very often so i know other customers using the restroom. As other reviews say, staff is definitely on the slow side and there’s typically more than enough employees there. Staff is very friendly but its not enough to keep you coming back especially when theres locations nearby with an actual lobby in stead of some 4 rickety seats outside. Stopped coming to this location due to how inconsistent the espresso comes out. One day its amazing but the next i swear im drinking an old decaf shot. Also stopped coming because the exit of the drive thru had some how went from a smooth exit to there being a massive pot hole that would make my car scrape as i left with not way to avoid it.
