An absolute scam, please steer clear of Sandoval Appliances. My mother's fridge was leaking and we called them to repair it. The repair comes with a 3 month warranty. The same issue started again 1 month later. She called and scheduled a return visit for 9am and the technician never showed up. After continued calls and texts throughout the day they finally replied hours later and said they had a "flat tire". Even if this was the case, why wouldn't you notify your client that you were not going to come? He promised to return that day at 6:30pm and never did. This may be the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. Initially called them as a recommendation to fix my fridge. They agreed to show up at 9am the next day, they showed up over an hour late and with 0 notice. The guy that showed up told me he’d need the part and would be back the next day at 9. Next day, no one showed up, called them over 10 times, no answer. Kept calling in the afternoon until they did, no apologies, but they let me know the part would arrive the next day and the technician would call me. NOTHING, no calls, no notice. Nothing.
