Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Temple City

I don't mind jack in the box and the reason for the 4 star is basically for the company as a whole. I saw the new item, the cluck sandwich, and thought I should try it. They have a regular and then a deluxe which comes with guac, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce in addition. I ordered one of each. In hopes of it comparing to Popeyes chicken sandwich, it was disappointing. It was basically like a plain chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong, the fries and seasoned curly fries were still delicious but I had far expectations that the cluck sandwich might be my new go to since I always come here for munchies box or load mini tacos. I think Jack stepping in the big league with chicken sandwiches might be far-fetched and they should just stick to their regular items. I even think the original chicken sandwich might actually taste better. Also, I would say this hype with the whole chicken sandwich has been fading and that it was not as crazy as it was. Then again, I still rather spend the extra $ and go to Howlin Ray's over both Popeyes and Jack-in-the-box or any other chicken sandwich place for...

I enjoy Jack in The Box, but this store has especially terrible service. I never got the name but there is one light skinned Hispanic male with a terrible attitude, he wears leadership attire which is crazy for someone with such an attitude. It’s also a bad idea to assume others don’t speak Spanish. As sometimes I hear him talk bad about other customers or possibly crew members in Spanish while I’m waiting at the drive through. There is no need for someone like him to be working in quick service and I hope that management can remove him. Edit: I told myself I would never come back to this location due to specific staff members, but I gave it one last chance today. I have to say Laila was the sweetest cashier I’ve ever met in my life and she made me good food as well. Jack needs to hire more people like her and not like the one in my previous review. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they gave us 3 jumbo jacks and what’s mad is that we said 3 chicken sandwiches 3 threes times and they still have us the wrong order, and also when I said one grande burrito the women asked do you want the burrito on the menu or the burrito that’s on the breakfast menu and then I got confused because the burrito were usually on the breakfast menu, they even made us point on the menu when we already told them what we want. One of the employee told someone that we not know how to order when clearly they were the one that don’t know how to take orders. The thing that really upset me is that they gave me a 24 and put a 23 sticker on it that said grande burrito when it clearly not.
