Arby's — Restaurant in El Paso

1)Sweet tea was bland. A couple already told Josias and when it was my turn to tell him, he told me that he'll taste it himself. I saw he did and nothing was done to the container of that "sweet" tea. 2) Pecan sandwich didn't have pecans, 2 preppers should have already told Josias Villescaz that they ran out of pecans for the day. Better yet, as I know, there should be an inventory of ingredients. When any is running out, it should be told to the kitchen manager or store supervisor. Even though there were no pecans in the pecan sandwich, still we were charge with the regular price. 3) Root beer was awful. I'm a big fan of root beer I know what root beer tastes like. When I had some in my cup, it looked like iced tea, I tasted it, yuck! I can't describe what taste that was. 4) My daughter and I went to the restroom. Woooooooow, no water from the faucet?! Like really?!?!?!?! I know there should be a sensor and water should come out, no nothing.

So, I hope our experience will be a warning to whoever likes to dine in, in that place. So...

Terrible Customer service From the shift manager! The young lady taking the order at the speaker Was in a bad mood and you could barely hear her. When brought to the shift managers attention, he was dismissive. When he handed me the food, he didn't say anything and shut the window. We were missing a sandwich so we called him back and he was very annoyed. Then we asked for sauce and he practically threw it at me. He shut the window again and I called him back and asked for his name. He gave me the wrong name, but I was able to get a glimpse of his name tag. I explained I will be contacting his general manager because he is very unprofessional and he replied "ok thank you" and shut the window. Went today to have the all American roast beef sandwich. Ordered four beef and cheddar and curly fries and extra red ranch sauce on the side. Well had to go back three times to get the Red ranch sauce because they kept giving me arby sauce packets. Then when I looked at the bun it was completely burnt and they wonder why they're losing business I mean that is their main stay that is what they're famous for and they can't even get that right there was hardly any cheese on the sandwich I mean you call it beef and cheddar it should have some cheddar very disappointed probably the last time I will visit Arby's they just don't understand people. money is tight and we have other options it's not like they're the only ones that make...
