First, this Butter Smith Kitchen location on Zaragosa was the biggest disappointment. I guess the biggest red flag was the parking lot was not full and there was no line of customers waiting outside, especially during this holiday season. As we entered the restaurant it had a strong chemical cleaning odor and an employee was mopping the floors using whatever made this odor. As we were seated, we waited for a little over 10 minutes until we waved at a group of 4 to 5 workers gathered in a circle laughing and joking around behind a counter. One emplyee finally noticed us waving and he walked over and said he was not our server and asked what we like to drink. Then about a few minutes later our server arrived and he did not even introduce himself he only asked if we were ready to order, which we did. At this point, I looked at time. As we waited for our order I noticed the restaurant had a lot of empty tables so I thought why is it taking so long for fried eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes. And our server was nowhere to be seen or even to update us as to why our order was taking long. After 30 plus minutes our food arrived. The best description of the food was terrible, it was not even mediocre. The food was bland and had no seasoning and my order was not even complete. My wife's order she noticed the salad was made with old lettuce and soggy tomatoes while my order lacked the stack of pancakes. I told our server i did not get the stack of pancakes. The server seemed confussed and made a facial expression and it seemed he did not realize my order came with pancakes. The server then said he would bring the pancakes. After a while, the server returned and I asked about the order of pancakes he said it would be out in a few minutes, but the few minutes turned into 15 minutes and after I finished my breakfast. The server then brought out my order of pancakes and I said to my wife did the server say a "stack of pancakes", so why did he bring one pancake. My wife said there were three pancakes. I could not believe it the pancakes were so thin I could have used them as paper. At the end as we were departing I asked the server what his name was, he said Robert. Thank you Butter Smith for the worst experience in...

I always go here and the waiting time is super fast, even though they say it will take half an hour it is usually less. This location is faster than IHOP or Dennys. Food has always been super good can’t complain. The reason for the one star is because I went is because I went to get breakfast this past Sunday and it was a family I’m front of us and then us next. While we were waiting families continue to arrived and the lady in front kept sitting everyone else that that came after us. She would just look at us and not even ask like what is the name of the party group to seat or nothing, which that was super rude and unprofessional. We were just 4 people, meanwhile she kept sitting families of 10 or 7 people that came after us. Our minds were maybe they were already waiting and we’re outside since you get a text to advise you when your table is ready. After an hour, I got up and told her why they kept seating other people and not us, and she had the nerve to tell me that she send a text when my table was ready and I show her my phone and told her she didn’t send me anything.. She didn’t know what to wait and just kept apologizing. She forgot about us which is weird because we were sitting right in front of her and couldn’t even asked us anything seeing us there seating for awhile. Anyway, I asked to speak with the manager and the manager was nice but still I feel like he could of been better. I feel like he really didn’t put much effort and didn’t really care.. The waitress rarely came for refills and I kept asking for napkins, and other things and she and the manager kept forgetting and I got them when I was about to leave. In my opinion, if you go please don’t wait too long to say something if you have a similar experience like waiting to be seated for...

Well this one is easy ... Walking in We were Greeted with a Smile and Friendly People ... From there things went South Quickly ... I went in there with an open mind knowing that it's a New business ... My Brother and I waited 15 minutes before I got the attention of a waiter who then sent a waitress our way ... She kept apologizing for not seeing us ... I told Her it was ok and We asked for two drinks ... 5 minutes later She brought out a Diet Coke and a Tea in What looked like Kiddy glasses ... I asked another waitress why She served us in such small glasses and She Apologized and sent out two more drinks in the proper sized glasses ... They had run out of Lemonade and when I asked why they couldn't make more the Waitress couldn't answer ... I ordered what was described to Me as the Best enchiladas breakfast and waited another 20 minutes to be served ... Keep in mind We waited about an hour to be Served ... The whole time we were never offered refills on Our drinks ... My plate was awful ... Of the three flat enchiladas served only the top one had sauce on it with a Very Little sprinkle of finely shredded cheese ... The bottom two tortillas were just plain and soaked in grease ... The hash browns were awful and skimpy ... It's almost as if this restaurant is skimpy with The food ... The manager offered to remake My plate but I had already had enough ... I'm Serious when I Say Please don't waste Your Time or Money on Butter Smith ... Cons- Inexperienced Wait Staff, A Sweaty Waiter wiping His forehead with His bare hands and then bringing the food out at the table next to us, Overpriced and Very Limited Meñu, Long wait for Service, and the food is not all that...

Me and my boyfriend ate here for the first time and we didn't know what to expect, but it was overall a very great experience. We went around 11am, and it was packed. We sat at the bar area, and though our food took some time, we enjoyed the time and food. Our server was kind and very attentive as well. I got the grilled cheese (havarti cheese, basil (I believe), and tomatoes, with a side of tomato basil soup. I loved it - the grilled cheese was perfect along with the soup. I'm a big fan of soup, and this soup was great. It didn't taste like it came from a Campbells can. My boyfriend got the banana pancakes with bacon and hashbrowns. It was so good, we very thoroughly enjoyed our food. Our server was also so kind, that since I wasn't able to finish my drink (soda), he asked if I wanted a to-go cup. I was surprised! That's the to-go cup I have lifted up in my hand. Overall, 10/10 recommend, and we will definitely be back!

NO MILITARY DISCOUNT ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸 1/6/24 Update. Visited for a quick breakfast after a Dr apt. Breakfast was good. Still no military discount 😞 Took dad to dinner at a relaxed diner. The restaurant was not very full and we got a booth pretty quickly. The service was pretty good, not great. I decided to have breakfast for dinner and selected the Nashville omelet with pancakes. The omelet was very good with bacon and gravy. Dad decided on the salmon with mashed potatoes, which he liked very much. My wife chose the margarita grilled cheese. This was very tasty and was toasted with a waffle iron. My son selected the cheese burger which he liked. The entire family helped him eat his french fries which were very good. We added a side of onion rings and shared them as well. Overall the food was great and we were too full to try one of the awesome pies they have. Overall a good meal for 4 for around $50.00
