Since this place has opened there was great customer service and the small issues I encountered I realized were learning curves for the new staff. Lately however, it seems product isn't as good anymore. Shaved ice in my cup with no flavor whatsoever on a cpl occasions. In my most recent endeavor, I used online ordering for the first time and asked my spouse to pick it up otw home. Upon getting my ice at home, 1 our flat tops were not full, about 2 inches from the top...and my order only had one flavor. I called to ask how this situation may be resolved and Chloe insisted she made it herself and both flavors were in it and that basically I couldn't taste it since I put Mix flavors and layer cream as my requests. She wanted to go further to say that's why they don't recommend mixing because it only tastes like sugar especially since I added cream. Now, this isn't my first mix and or layered shaved ice in my 32 years of life and 1, I've never heard such nonsense and/or Ever not tasted both flavors no matter how many times or different combinations I've mixed in the past. Needless to say, I merely decided to agree with her numerous reasons for why I didn't taste what I ordered, and that was that. Oh, and btw, the other shaved ice I ordered was also mixed flavors and layered cream and both flavors were clearly visible in both color and taste...but what do I know....

Immediately following the above review with an original rating of 2 stars, the owner himself contacted me to know more about my experience and personally apologized for the customer service I received. He further went on to compensate me in VIP passes for myself and my family, along with a couple of Awesome Bahama Bucks cups!! I apologize myself for barely getting back to update this review, but the service he gave, as well as the staff I encountered tonight, was the level I was used to receiving since the grand opening of this store. This really meant a lot to me and I would STILL recommend this spot to Any friend or family member!! Thank you...

Went to get some smoothies with my daughter and wife and dummy me I forgot my wallet at home, so I tried using Google pay through my phone but Bahama Buck's doesn't have NFC payment at this location :/ and so that being said the cashier had put the order on hold that way I can run back home and get my wallet, but before I could go a generous lady with her daughter offered to pay for our smoothies. She was so nice and amazing! We thanked her and asked if we could pay her back through any other means like cash app, or PayPal. She politely declined. If you're that lady reading this thank you again and we will pass it on some other way for some other fellow stranger along the way. Back to Bahama Buck's, it's a great chill place to go when you just want something fresh and cool to drink. Great environment and friendly staff. I highly recommend the Strawberry Freezcake.🍓🍰 The only thing they need to improve on is just getting a NFC...

There’s one gentleman with long hair who consistently has a bad attitude, making it clear he doesn’t enjoy working there. Unfortunately, he’s not the only one. Most of the employees are rude and unwelcoming. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all—not even a glance in our direction.
