Customer disservice?
I ordered mine ahead, at around 5 minutes before 6pm.
I get there at 6:10. Order's not ready, no big deal.
6:15, different family shows up and orders there at the desk.
6:20, family who just came in gets their order, just simple teas, like mine.
6:30, I finally get mine.
What made the other family's order so important?
2nd time at this place and both times struck out with bad customer service.
I'm convinced there are no good boba tea shops on Mesa, I have been to all of them.
If you want great tea and service: go to Feng Cha or Rare Tea.
Both are at Cimmaron and have never disappointed. Been to each at least 4-5 times.
Sucks I have to drive 20 minutes to find decent tea but everything on Mesa is just as bad...

My matcha was also pretty bad, for one it didn’t taste like matcha (it was very grainy with little actual flavor, plus it wasn’t sweetened) AND it tasted like they used the same spoon to mix the peach tea & my matcha! Don’t waste your time...

Plenty of seating and parking(: The menu was easy to understand, the size and presentation of the boba tea was amazing!!🧋 Will definitely come back again because of sooo many options on the menu, couldn't decide on just one! Only thing I'd like to see is being told during or after our order of the boba tea card and how to get a free boba after a certain number of purchases, as the cards were hard to see on the counter. Will recommend this place to others as this location is fairly new and is...
