The Munchie Box — Restaurant in El Paso

Well originally this place was amazing, especially the food. It's my favorite sushi restaurant in El paso. Or it WAS* Unfortunately... The business hours are terrible! Today is my birthday and I wanted to come here to celebrate with my husband, we wanted to eat inside and have a nice romantic evening for my birthday. As soon as I walk in a worker told us to leave they are closing in half an hour, I asked oh well could we order to go? She said no sorry we are closed. Before we drove 40 minutes to eat here we checked their Instagram it shows it's open and to order online now! and we Googled the hours it says they would close at 8pm we arrived at around 3:40pm...... I used to recommend this place to everyone that it was the best sushi in town I always warned people about the hours but recently it's been incredibly bad and as the months have gone the hours have changed from bad to worse and this literally ruined my birthday because we didn't plan to eat anywhere else. So thanks for ruining my birthday and appetite for this place. Never coming back even if they did reach out after I post this, they permanently lost our services and I'm also letting my friends know to go somewhere else because at this point it's gotten ridiculous with hours. I used to be a regular but lately they've been closed when they should be open and arriving almost 5 hours before they "close" and telling me oh we are closed when we arrive is totally unprofessional it's not a way to run a business especially a local business. There's 2 other sushi places I found that taste the same and the hours are always accurate so I'm taking my business there instead from now on and it's cheaper too, I was hoping since it was my birthday I would give this place another shot but again they were closed. I was shocked and deeply disappointed when The Munchie Box refused to serve me and my family in the restaurant because I had my service dog with me. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it is illegal to deny service to a person with a disability because of their service animal. My service dog is trained to assist me with my medical condition, and I explained that clearly. Still, I was told I had to leave. This kind of treatment is not just disrespectful—it's discriminatory and against federal law. No one with a disability should be made to feel ashamed or unwelcome simply for needing support. Because of this, I have officially filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division against The Munchie Box. My family still wanted to try the food, so we placed an order for pickup instead. Unfortunately, the food we received was cold and below normal standards. So not only was the treatment discriminatory and unlawful, but the food did not justify giving this place any support. I strongly urge this business to educate its staff and management on ADA compliance and disability rights. No one should be treated this way.

Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! This place is absolutely heaven scent I can’t even explain how good and delicious this is. This is phenomenal for your every craving you can desire it has delectable sushi and you can actually get different types of sushi, onion rings, french fries, and your choice of either bone in or boneless chicken wings. I don’t even know how this came up but I love it I recommend it the picture shown below is a small box and I think that was maybe 20 bucks. They deliver on one of their neighbors at the shopping strip mall where they’re located at the Mesa business park. I’m the owner of PRET-A-PORTER Fashions I love it anytime you need a quick snack you can pop in there they’ll deliver it you can pick it up take some to go you need some quick party food you’re watching the game a fight or having kids over with your family having a party or a mute or a movie watching party this is the best thing that you can think of is got everything everybody loves.
