This is the worst experience I have ever had. I was going to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday on the 22nd of September and was told that I had the 530 to 730 PM reserved. Come to find out that I could not add more guests because they over booked the place for multiple parties at the same time!!! I paid to have a party and was not advised that they held multiple events at the same time and that they pack people in a table like sardines!!!
They took my deposit and told me to call the day before the event to confirm the amount of children and adults to which I did, to find out I could only bring 31 guests because they over booked the same hour. I called 34 days in advance, I was told that I had the 530 to 730 guaranteed and now I cant fit all of my guests because they have more parties next to us and I only have one table. Look you can't fit 240 guests next to each other in a small back area.
They line up people in a long table like cows or chickens. People are literally breathing down each others throats. I saw the mouse show today while talking and complaining to the manager and the show was a joke.
My son got scared of the scary mouse. I guess that was a sign. Bottom line Chucky E. Cheese did my son and us a huge favor by forcing us to change our son's birthday party plans by not advising us of how they REALLY book their greedy reservations....You might get a table of 31 people (more like 20) to include children. They charge 24 dollars for each child and you sit in such close proximity to the next party that you can hear their heart beats. Horrible organization and very over priced.
This is their best package...Two small pieces of pizza, a small drink, small icecream, unlimited games for kids for only two hours and a monkey joke of a mouse show for $24.00 for each child that is a ripoff. No wonder they are...
Read moreOverrated and overly expensive. You're better off making your own party or going to a pizza buffet like cicis and get your moneys worth. The salad bar for one person is 10.99 and its a little sorry excuse of a salad bar with nothing but freezer burned lettuce and toppings. I wanted to ask the salad bar cleaner lady about the salad bar but she proceeded to ignore me because she had air pods on. There's not that many drink options either and the fountain drink machine is dirty and looks broken down and unkept, there was even a sign that said the water wasnt working...out of all things water should still be available especially for children, if not the parents responsibilityto bring their own child water. instead, you're forced to give your child sugary syrup carbonated water. Also the design set up for kids' safety is flawed. Instead of having the parents in the back and the play area in the front, the parents should be in the front and kids in the back. I get there's security in front to not let kids leave, but are we really going to trust other people with your kids? No amount of security should allow you to be a lazy parent and not watch after your own child. Anyone can be a preditor. Also, no one is on top of spilled liquids on the floor. Surprisingly there were a lot of elderly people but with those elderly and children, including myself walking all over sticky, syrup melted ice floor water an accident was bound to happen, so I personally asked the cleaner who was more focused on cleaning empty table areas to kindly clean the floor so old people won't break their hips and children don't injure their little bodies. The...
Read moreNot great, but not a terrible experience either. Most of the machines atleast worked at this location but I also noticed the prices were pretty expensive for really cheap prizes compared to other locations. When we ordered our pizza ( large stuffed crust with pepperoni and mushrooms on one side) we were given the wrong one, it was even cold which was weird considering it was the exact same style of pizza we had ordered other than it not being stuffed crust. When we brought it up they did fix the issue immediately in like one minute....but I'm just super confused how it got mixed up in the first place. So idk if they accidently made two or it just happened that there was a customer with the exact same order but without the stuffed crust lol. We were also lied to about the amount of wings with the combo, supposedly it was 15 (according to the person at the register) but only about 8 came out. We didn't say anything about that issue to them. They did have hand sanitizer readily available in a few spots but they didn't require anyone to use it. They did take our temperatures when we walked in. One thing I've always liked about chuckecheeses is the safety they usually have identifying parent to child once you enter but they didn't do any of that this time. Usually its a stamp but with covid they have been taking pictures of parent and child together to ID but they didn't do either here at the location. So overall it was...
