Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in El Paso

Spicy chicken wasn't spicy at all, I ordered spicy not regular went to go get their mistake fixed and get the spicy and they gave me regular for a second time. Gas isn't cheap and I called and they told me that the one I originally took was spicy. I know my spicy churches chicken from regular I went twice for nothing and they still had the audacity to try and tell me through phone call that it was spicy and that they are doing alot of changes and the employee even said that he doesn't purchase from there because of those chabges, how did the recipe change in a week??? I'm bamboozled of how bad your guys restraunt is, the manager gave me the chicken the second time around as well, and it was stull REGULAR. Last time I ordered it was spicy and I knew the flavor right away, this chicken was regular didn't have black pepper or was colored spicy at all, last time around I could see the black pepper and spiciness don't tell me what is spicy and what isn't when you've clearly given me tegular chicken x2. The spicy chicken strips had clear visibility of black pepper and spiciness the family meal was regular chicken. If you use the same spicy sauce how come my chicken strips were spicy and the family meal wasnt, there is no beating them through a phome call though and they insisted I got the spicy when clearly I know my chicken and it clearly didn't taste like the meal I got last week if those changes were the recipe then yall...

I went inside and was the only one at the counter. It took them a long while to come to the register to take my order. All I wanted was 2 apple pies. The woman took my order then immediately went to stand at the drive thru window without saying anything. After about 5 mins of just standing there, I asked one of the other cashiers about my order. She said it takes a few minutes because they had to make them. I said, I wish the other person had at least told me that instead of taking my order and just walking off. After I got my order, I went to eat one of them and bit something hard. I then saw that there was a white piece of cardboard completely stuck to the bottom of it. I don't understand how she did not see if before she put in in the container. I ended up taking it back in and asking for a refund as I did not want to wait another 10 mins for another one. I went to eat the other one and it tasted lukewarm and chewy, like it was stale. I will never go to this Church's again. If they can't get a couple of apple pies right, I don't trust their chicken. Plus service was slow and customer service...

I am so angry I stopped at churches cuz that's what my grandkids wanted was happy to see no one in the line in drive-thru gave my order went to the front got my order look that I was missing my plates so I asked I'm missing my plates got them and went on my way halfway home I noticed I didn't have the two teas that I asked for have gallon got so upset because I had to go back in traffic in the hot car because drive through lady didn't get my order right or they forgot to give me my 2 sweet tea half gallon go to the drive-thru explain to them what happened ask for my receipt but I didn't have it on hand so I'm searching for it and I said how could you forget me I was just here a couple minutes ago at this time the girl is smiling which made me more upset didn't even apologize I just wanted to speak to the manager but she already had left so if you go to this churches please make sure they give you your right order they have a ding dong working in the Drive-Thru from pretty mad...
