Food was amazing but I am very unhappy with my experience my server gave me my food and she checked in my table but there was this guy a couple tables down from me minding his own business and he was just talking on the phone and he looked happy enjoying his day he wasnât being loud he wasnât making anyone uncomfortable he was just minding his own business but all the servers were just giving him dirty looks and I do want to point out the gentlemans race is black but he doesnât look bad he had some nice Jeans and a hoodie and was wearing some new balances so he doesnât look bad or homeless he just looks like everyone else and all I see is my server disappear and than the manager of the store comes out and tells him something and the guy hangs up on whoever heâs talking to and you can tell whatever the manager told him just ruined his mood and I felt so bad and I realized my server was his server too because she gave him a drink and after that she never checked in on him again and I just felt so bad cause when I first went in the restaurant he was so happy minding his business and all of a sudden the manager and servers just ruined his day for no reason I did not give her a good tip and I did leave a note on the tip to treat her customers better because Iâm a server myself and I donât care how you look Iâve always treated everyone equally with respect and they did not treat him with respect mind you it wasnât even busy in the restaurant it was very much empty in there I work hard for my tips and make sure all my customers feel comfortable and they did not make him...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I got SUPER SICK after coming here for dinner and spending $200. I was on the toilet for the next two days with TERRIBLE stomach cramps. I felt super nauseous.
I called the restaurant and talked to the manager to give him a heads up. I told him I had not eaten anything else the whole day (we got the seafood boil, and it's pretty high-calorie). When I had peeled open the crawfish, it was mushy and seemed like it had either been dead for a long time before they cooked it or it was just low quality crawfish in general. My partner only ate one crawfish because of how weird it looked, and he didn't get as sick as I did. I ate almost a pound of crawfish before I started feeling sick.
The manager denied all responsibility and REFUSED to make up for me getting extremely sick. He said because I didn't have a doctor's note, they wouldn't do anything about it or give me my money back.
I paid $200 to get the worst stomach pain and to basically sit on the toilet for the next TWO DAYS. DON'T COME HERE! Go to The Crab Station on the East side instead. MUCH better quality and MUCH better service. There is a reason The Crab Station is packed while Crazy Crab was super empty on a Friday night.
The 3.2 star-rating on Yelp they have is more accurate than their 4.2 star Google rating. But if I could leave zero...
Read moreThe staff is friendly but non-attentive. We were told the wait was going to be 30 minutes, we waited almost an hour. We come to find out, the hostess put in the wrong number, and admitted that she texted us roughly 10-15 minutes prior to us asking about our updated wait. Once we got seated, it literally took 15 minutes before anybody came to the table to take our drink order let alone ask if we had been helped. After reaching out to a waitress that walked by, she did apologize and immediately attend to us. I understand seafood boils are pricey, especially in our region, however the prices here were unexpectedly high. A good indicator of price is asking what market price of king crab is⌠here it was $55/lbs⌠yeah, enough said. The seasonings and flavors they use are decent, which help make-up for their lack of service. Admittedly, The waitress (Mary) was the come-back the experience needed, she was so friendly and recovered very well. If it wasnât for her, I wouldâve given the restaurant a single star. I strongly advise coming in a weekday because although they may be understaffed (like every other restaurant in the nation) just please be mindful of your paying patrons who are waiting for you to take...
