Store is super messy and cashiers were rude and nasty. Talking about customers. Lack of professionalism from cashiers. Manager Jerome (chunky with natty hair) was absolutely rude and was angry that I asked for assistance. Was very rushy said he was the āstore managerā when I asked they said it was a lady. The store manager āJoleneā was loud and seems very tired with her job. Asked about a return, was very condescending and not a great representation for the store. was yelling and her attitude was poor. Over all clothing brands that you can get at TJmax, JCPenney, or Dillards and at that better quality for better prices. Their return policy states 30 days but itās within the cashiers discretion on if they even wanna do the return. Saw them throw items into bins and talking about ācash outsā when they force you to apply for cards. I cancelled my credit card because of that. The card was easily over 25 years old, the card still had money in the account and was not available because there was no PIN number on the card. The account number on the card was good and still in the Nordstrom system. My wifeās mother had passed from cancer about 25 years ago, so the card has sentimental value and was also a Christmas gift card. Evelyn and Crystal, Nordstrom employees, were able to help my wife. Between the both of their efforts, numerous phone calls to Nordstrom support and their combined ingenuity. They were able to get the balance from the old card transferred to a new card and let my wife keep the old card, from her mother.
