Major problem at this store at check out. There are self checkout registers with an employee attendant. The machine would not accept my $5 bill. I tried over 10 times and the employee was watching. I turned and explained the machine would not take my money and she literally shrugged and said, “I don’t know, do you have another $5?” I responded no. And she said, “Then I don’t know.” I was so heated by this response. I have Bonafide IS currency and the machine wouldn’t accept it because it was wrinkled. How was I to pay for the merchandise then? I asked if she could call the manager, my thought is that the manager could take the money. She responded with….”I am the manager.” OMGoodness, seriously? So FIVE BELOW, just so you know, that your staff will lose you business because they are too lazy to use their key to open the register and exchange bills. We all know to do that to rectify the situation! SMH

When we opened them they are ex-rentals and the dvd on one was completely scratched. Nowhere does it indicate that these were used Blu-ray’s.
