Would always come here, until recently…..

this place was amazing for my lady and I to get a wonderful Clamato tray for our family. Recently we visited and there was this “new hired” girl there at the front. We wanted the same tray that we would always get with six beers, we asked for the tray to be served to go and for the lady to serve us the beers closed therefore we may travel with them.

The lady rolled her eyes as if we were a problem and sighed. She then began to tell us that she cannot serve us the tray because it is illegal and the owner has told her to not let anybody take a tray to go. We then reiterated that we do not want open containers and would like everything to be for to go. The lady then sighed and rolled her eyes again and told us she wasn’t trained to make the tray “to go” therefore she could not help us. I then began to tell her we want the same tray as if it was for the restaurant but without any open beverages. Once that happened, she rolled her eyes again and sighed, after the third and final time we were going to be treated as unvalued customers, my lady and I walked out and let her know that we will never be coming to the once wonderful dayvasos again due to her and her attitude.

We’ve never had this issue before until this lady started working there. It was unfortunate, we have never had this issue before and we have always been able to take the tray to go with all containers closed. Due to this, we will now find another business with better...

I placed an order for delivery last weekend, on sunday. Almost an hour later I get a call from the girl delivering it saying she's lost in Clint, which is not even close to where I live. Another hour later I receive my order, completely watered down because of the ice. The girl, Raquel, was very nice and owned up to the mistake. She mentioned the next week I can call in and order again andit will be free for the inconvenience. She stated her manager was aware of the issue as well. When I called this week to redeem I was answered by an extremely rude woman who was clearly eating while on the phone, it sounded like I was speaking to a cow. I explained the situation and she responded rudely and did not want to honor it and stated it had to go in and speak to the girl made the offer. I will NOT return to such establishment where the employees will act in such manner. I love DayVasos, and I was craving one for months now, but since the whole current situation I wasn’t able to get one. Today I ordered one online and went to pick it up, as soon as I got home I started drinking it and it was horrible, it was pure clamato juice, it wasn’t their recipe at all. It’s super sweet... no lime, soy sauce, anything. Tried to fix it adding the ingredients myself, but still sweet... It’s like now since we aren’t able to go there and “dine in” they just did the DayVaso however they wanted, it’s super disappointing. When I picked it up the person next to me was complaining about his order too... my mistake was not to try it right there. Honestly didn’t expect this to happen at all, if you don’t want to fulfill the orders the right way don’t even take them, I believe we already pay a lot to get what I got, if I wanted pure clamato I have gone to the store and get me a bottle of...
