Don Jose Mexican Grill — Restaurant in El Paso

The first time we went there, we got drive through food. one of the entrees had black hair in it, either beard hair or short black curly hair. We threw that entree away but ate the others. I wasn't planning on going back but my husband brought it home a second time. Again, more black hair in the food!! This time longer and 3 strands of hair. None of us have black hair. Absolutely disgusting to find it in food. I will not be going back. Please tell your staff to wear hair nets because that is seriously awful. Twice it happened. This needs to be fixed for other people's sake. No one wants hair in their food, especially at a time like now where cleanliness is so important. I gave 3 stars because the entrees that did not have hair and were not thrown out were good.

As we walked in, we were greeted by Mr. Lalo right away. He explained about the difference specials that they have daily, including the two for one breakfast specials he also recommended different items in the menu We ordered the rib and the enchiladas. We were giving four big pieces of rib, baked potato beans, and avocado. I made a comment that the chat beans were delicious and had a lot of Chicharron in them right away. Eduardo asked if we wanted some more Charlie beans and goddess another baked potato we were asked various times what else did we need or what else can they do to make us feel more comfortable and enjoy ourselves this is a place that I have never been before, but it won’t be the last time we enjoyed ourselves And paid about 30 some dollars a bargain for such delicious food 10...

I’ve read some of these reviews and its very disappointing that people don’t understand how reviews work for me this is the second time i come to this place i ordered the deshebrada tacos dorados and the flavor is on point the meat is tender and juicy, the tortilla is thin and crispy and even when i put the salsas the tortilla stayed crispy, the tacos were full of meat and the cheese was plentiful the other meal that i had was the chicken nuggets also no complaints, crispy plentiful and very delicious the salsa bar had a variety of flavors and fresh, now but after all of that, the only downside side is the bathrooms all though they were clean they have a smell of old drainage pipes i think if they correct that issue all will be ok.
