I placed an order with a little boy who smelled like weed. I ordered a medium white chocolate blended freeze and a 32oz double rainbro rebel lemomade. I paid $12.08. I get to the window and my lemomade looked like it was the wrong color. I asked if it was rebel and the girl said no that I didn't order that. I said it exactly as I ordered it and she said she had to re-charge me. I asked how long before I got my money back she said she didn't know. So I asked why I was having to pay again for a mistake that was on them and not on me. She said idk what to tell you and asked if I still wanted the rebel or if I wanted what was made. I took the lemomade as it was and reached out to customer service via the chat on the app. I was told my wait time was 15-19 minutes. I waited. 5 hours later and I'm still waiting. Horrible experience at the window and horrible experience online. The store location is 3435 N Mesa St El Paso TX 79902. The service was incredibly fast and simple. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my drink had been upgraded from a medium to a large! This thoughtful gesture made my day, and I truly appreciate the extra mile they went to make me feel valued.

However, I need to express the experience I had today. I do understand how the lines at dutch bros work. I was on the first line with a few cars in front of me. Then someone showed up behind me. We all got our drink orders and then someone showed up on the second line (again, I understand how the lines work). That person ordered and cut the line right in front of 3 cars that had already ordered. I asked the girl walking around what was up with that? She said that’s how the line works and someone should come out with our orders first though.
