Where do I start? I use to work here and let me tell you...YOU WILL GET SICK FROM EATING HERE...they leave the rice out for hours...I mean all day...rice needs to be kept cold or kept hot...it just sits in a plastic tub with a towel over it...the "owner" is a joke...brags about how they had no clue what they were doing and how they watched youtube videos the day before they opened...this is the guy who replies to all your accurate negative reviews...his name is Vicente Santaella...he said I was ghetto for having a charger but he doesnt even have a car but talks bad about everyone and lives with his parents...he still owes alot of us money for not paying us for days we worked to open "his" restaurant...the resler location...the scoops they use are 2 ounce scoops so 2 scoops is 4 ounces of protein not 8...they put like 2 bags of sugar in the sauces when they make them...their walk in freezer doesnt work thats why your fish is different colors...They dont care about you as a customer they just need your money cuz they are broke...we referred people who work at the good samaritan retirement home and Vicente said that they werent the customers they were looking for...even though they eat there like 2 times a week now...he said they target "gym people"...the real owners are Jose David Burgos and Ruben Ramirez who are both local doctors who are gastroenterologists...this place is a joke the owners are a joke...oh yeah if youre a "hot" female theyll give you everything for free...no wonder theyre broke...good luck...oh yeah can someone call Vicente an uber to get...

POKE3 Near the Don Haskins center on Mesa

Healthy choices for vegans and for carnivores Costs about ten bucks per bowl. More if you add more. Items are arranged in a see –what- you-get service line. Everything is cut and mixed there before you, there is a Window to observe them dicing the fish, or what- have-you.

My family went the second day they were open. The staff Was super friendly, a bit inexperienced, and eager to make The meal something to enjoy.

I ordered the brown rice bowl, added the steak and pork Belly, with several kinds of veggies, and fruits like Mandarin oranges, cranberries, and mango. Topped with the Samoan honey and seseme seeds. I did enjoy it very much.

The wait time was more my fault, as I had no idea what I wanted when I got there. The servers and owners were Able to provide assistance, and help make choices. While I was stalling; about 20 other people were served.

Yes, it is loud. IT is far too loud. The atmosphere is casual. The tables are rough wood planks screwed onto metal frames. The chairs are metal also. Not sure the place is super kid friendly. I would have placed acrylic over the beams of the tables, to avoid splinters, and ease cleaning. There were kids there, and they were eating. Overall, the Place is geared to new adults to middle- agers.

I see a whole lot of potential in this place. The owners have A great idea. People should expect to see raw foods here. There are cooked meats, but overall it is meant to be a Healthy way to eat out. Those looking for something different from the main fare Here in EL Paso,...

My sister and I love eating here, the food is delicious but the service is awful. My sister and i walk in and are asked if we’re ready to order before even finishing walking to the counter. Despite that she still continues to have an attitude, while i’m simply just adding toppings. While ordering she insists you cannot have a specific size bowl without having protein, even when wanting to pay the original price. It just simply was not posible. Not everyone eats meat and being apart of the serving world there should be a way to still provide the meal without the protein. She has acne, wearing a bun and was acting like she was doing us a favor by simply providing a service. My sister has ordered the same bowl every time we come and for some reason this bowl was $16 instead of $9? it’s astonishing to me just the lack of respect. I do not recommend. unfortunately we don’t feel comfortable here and will be in search of a new poke place, even though the food is good. i get it, everyone has bad days but even reading the reviews it’s obviously not “just a bad...

Literally writing the review 30 minutes after eating there. So far, this is the best healthy food for its value anywhere near UTEP. As an experienced Studihambre, the total cost was $18 (including beverage and tip). The true value for the bowl alone is about $13, the same cost a meal would be at a fast food restaurant. I came here without knowing what to expect when it came to customer service due to recent reviews, but my personal experience was great. There were two young ladies who attended me kindly and explained which bowls were the most popular and that I could create my own. For the first time, I’m giving it a 4/5 rating but might increase to 5/5 on my next visits. The BEST option when it comes to value and quality of the food.

When I walked in, the TVs that display the menu were turned off and when I asked about it, I was given a dirty physical copy of the menu that the employees refer to while making the bowls. The employee that helped me was clearly being pulled in multiple directions as he took both in-person and mobile orders by himself. It also appears he was improperly trained as he constantly referred to the piece of paper he made me give back to him and because he severely under filled both my $13 bowl and my $8 smoothie despite the outrageous cost I paid for the little amount I received. I would not recommend dining here to anyone.

I give this restaurant a 5 star because this has gotta be one of the best Poke places I've been to in Texas. The tidiness was impressive while ordering in-store, their dressing flavors and ingredients are phenomenal with it being properly prepped, and presented finely onto your dish. The staff is very knowledgeable about what the ingredients are, and we're happily to explain what is included at my first time buy. Mama said it right, "It's like your body craves Poke because it knows what it needs."
