I had the most amazing experience at Dutch Brothers yesterday. I went in to get a coffee as this place was just built across the street from my house. when I went to get my coffee, I asked for extra caramel and they came to the window just to make sure it was enough. I know when I go to Starbucks it’s never enough and for them to go out their way to check was extremely nice.
Their attitude was just so nice and the environment seemed so fun. The person making my drink was Lizzie And the person working the register was Ysidro. As a customer, just sitting, waiting for my drink, and the laughs and jokes they made really brightened up my day. It made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer, but part of a family. Just a friendly nice and you can tell that they really love their job. And came to work to really be there
I was so impressed with the working environment that I tried to call the store to get their names but was sent to a customer service number instead. I tried to leave a review through them but unfortunately I had to have their names which meant I had to come back up to Dutch Brothers. I have to admit this part was most frustrating and honestly very sad that people cannot be recognized for what they do right because most will not go back up to Dutch Brothers. I did today and was able to get their names. I also asked customer service who the manager was so they could call back and I can describe who they were and what they did and was told they did not have a manager at that location. I have to admit I was thoroughly impressed that the crew was running, so smoothly without a supervisor over their shoulder and goes to show that when you train people to be leaders and run as a team, it definitely pays off. So kudos to them.
I forgot to mention that when they handed me my drink, they told me that there was extra love on my drink, and I got this beautiful message on my drink which totally made my day.
The only reason why I went out of my way to come back to get their names was because I really was impressed and I feel like they do need the recognition to keep up the positive attitude that they have because they never realize what people are going through and what a difference...
Read moreIm allways coming to this location right down the street from my house allways been about positive vibes great crew scince they opened but been noticing lately they been haveing a bunch of different people and it recently hasn’t been the same like today we went a few min ago at 6:00pm 7/29/23 and they got out order wrong for the second and third time they replaced it but when they were gonna hand it to us and we realized it wasn’t correct they didn’t fully hand it to us took it back one girl at the window put it to the side another girl came and asked what it was we said they took our order wrong so she re made it but the additude wasn’t right girls rolling there eyes at each other whispering little comments and jokes I said thanks u she just turned around I could have gotten a name but didn’t wanna make a scene but next Time if your having a bad work go home or don’t go in not my fault as a customer I will be sending a email to corporate to let know the situation this new crew needs to be...
Read moreFirstly, the drinks aren’t the issue, they’re delicious and we get what we asked for every time. However, the reason for 3 stars is everything else. If they’re busy expect 45 minutes to an hour wait time. The root of these long wait times does not appear to be a lack of employees, on the contrary they have lots of employees jammed into that building. So many so there is like 5 of them throwing trash at one time. You can also find them chit chatting by the side door near the drive thru window while they have long lines. One employee stepped away from taking orders to get a customer change for them but stops by the side door to talk for a couple of minutes before finishing the transaction. Overall the location and drinks are great but the lack of structure and care from the employees results in long lines and perhaps other issues other reviewers...
