Read moreI bought VIP tickets and wanted to sit with four other friends. They put us on the front row right at the stage. We asked if we could sit back in the middle the guy wouldn’t let us move back. He stated the show doesn’t start until the front row is filled. A paying customer should be able to sit where they want to. If the establishment is so concerned with seating they should allow patrons to select tables at the purchase of tickets online. That policy is ridiculous and not customer centric. They already got $20 for me downgrading my seats. The place wasn’t full only two rows were occupied.
