WB Liquors & Wine — Local services in El Paso

Plz hire or train ppl with a bit more experience. I hate to say his name, but the store clerk was either rude or inexperienced. After a long trip to El Paso, wife asked if she can use restroom politely and the clerk said were not a public bathroom. What??? Were customers, not at a public place, but at a private establishment. At least he he could’ve been blunt and said, nah we don’t lend our restrooms out.... and to top if he didn’t ask for our I.d, and I know I don’t look older than 25. Yes I’m blasting you for not letting my wife use your public bathroom in your public liquor store. Plz manger train your ppl or hire ppl with common sense on how to deal with customers. Horrible...

Thursday night March 2nd 2023 I went to buy a Jack Daniels Gentleman Jack Whiskey Bottle great friendly staff I ask for help to look for it but it was Lil funny employee name Oscar and I were looking at shelf when the female employee told us where it was and me and him wear GLASSESS It was so hilarious cuz we both far sighted and we couldn't see the bottle on next shelf after the female employee kept telling us where 😂 it be 1 night Ill never forget Oscar & female employee were super helpful and awesome I will go there again and recommend friends & family to go buy their bottle needs at this WB liquor store 2...

I want to give a huge shout out to Mariela for her time and knowledge as she helped me select a mezcal. Mariela clearly knows her stuff and was able to give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I ended up buying the Gracias a Dios Mezcal, which is labeled as a young mezcal, but was a decent buy for what I was looking for at the time.

I have to admit that most of the prices in the store are slightly overpriced, which is why I gave 4 stars, but I would come back when I'm in town thanks to the customer service of Mariela. Thanks again for a great experience Mariela, you deserve a raise...
