I bought a Lego Star Wars dark trooper that was built. The person was rude didn’t even ask if I was a member or if I was military but he asked the people behind us. He asked if I wanted a box for the head and I said no but he put in a bag with another Lego box and mini figure. I got home and parts fell of the built Lego and I called and he said he asked if I wanted a box and that I said no. I didn’t think he would be stupid enough to put everything in one bag. He was rude and unprofessional. I told him I was taking it back and he said they don’t take items back. I told him I would call my credit card company and have them cancel the transaction. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy any items from there that are built. I then found out the person I spoke to was in charge. The person is rude and unprofessional and does not care and not helpful at the store and don’t know how he got the position of being in charge and treats...

I have been going to this Bricks and Minifigs for the last year and never have I had a bad experience. All employees and the boss have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and overall fantastic! Willing to help with finding pieces for my projects no matter how small. Their bulk is always on point. Their point system is better than Lego for saving. I have only had to order from Lego twice in the last year because all else I can find at this store. My son loves it and enjoys all the figs and smaller sets. Their collection of figs is great and prices are supper supper fair!! I’ve traded plenty of new and used sets. In store credit is way better in my option. Their used sets are so awesome! I think this store and employees have become a comfort for my Lego obsession!! Cleanness of the store and legos is a 5 star as well. Been an awesome and amazing Experience! I've came to visit Bricks and Mini figs a few times within the course of the last few months, per visit I've came to buy some of the Lego Bulks in the Small bag sets, for a decent deal I was able to get some pretty decent sized bags of Legos for about 25$ and got some good deals on certain days.

As for my experience overall with bricks and Minifigs at the El Paso location, the staff have been very friendly and they look like they really enjoy working there, the atmosphere is really calm and entertaining for anyone who is a big Lego fan, and overall I am very impressed by everything so far, and I'm going to continue my next few visits.
