Tall guy called me the "n" word. If I could give negative ratings, I would use them here. We eat here often, but this week was the last time. Went in for the usual, the tall guy who's name is Edgar, dropped my bowl on the floor and gave me attitude when I asked if he could use a different one, their floors are insanely dirty (I don't think they mop or clean the entire day) and he really tried to use the plate that he had just dropped on the floor. He dumped the greens back in to the bin with the rest of the lettuces and went to the back to get more plates. While he was back there I heard him say "this n** playing too much" to one of the females about me (I'm African American and I assumed he directed it at me) then came back out and tried being extremely nice but it was too late. I paid for my food and ran out of there as fast as possible. This isn't my first bad experience at this location. A couple weeks ago I went in one evening and just wanted tortilla soup. The short girl told me they had no tortilla soup and tried to convince me to get something else, so I did. One minute later, another customer came in and asked for the same thing but this time the other worker went to the back and heated up a tortilla soup for him after they had just told me they ran out for the day. I mentioned something to the guy who was helping the other customer (he's the manager but I didn't get his name) and he agreed to go to the back and warm me up a tortilla soup free of charge. I still payed for it and he was visibly angry and acted like it was coming out of his own check. I learned to stop going there after 4 pm because the night crew is terrible. Who ever is in charge of the hiring needs...

I placed an online order for the tortilla soup and remembered that they no longer put the topping on the side like they used to in the past. I called immediately after I placed the order to ask them not to put sour cream due to a milk allergy and the woman who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. She said she couldn’t do anything about it because it was already made and that if I had the allergy I needed to have put it in the comments section. Mind you, it was estimated that my order would be ready between 11:20-11:25 and this call was placed at 11:07. She cut me off while I was talking and after I pushed back she said she’d make an exception this one time and have it remade but that next time I needed to place the order correctly. Nah at this point I just wanted a refund. I asked for her name, she said it was Linda. Funny because I still went to the restaurant to speak with the manager about how rude “Linda” was but the manager said they didn’t have a Linda working there. The manager politely explained how to add customizations in the notes and remade the soup for me.

It’s a shame that poor customer service will end up hindering a business like this. I won’t be going back to this location. Which is very disappointing as this is one of the few places I can actually eat out at due to having several severe...

I am a big fan of this place and I have been to the Lee Trevino location many of times and have never had any issue. Today I went to the Montana location and was very disappointed. I was never greeted by any of the women whom were behind the salad bar, they definitely saw me walk in, but was more displeased with the fact they had to help me, so it seemed. When I decided what I wanted, the woman making my salad advised that there was no Romain lettuce left and asked if I wanted something else, which was not a problem so I picked something else and substituted. I then wanted cheddar cheese and there was also no more cheddar cheese and I continued with picking substitutes. The woman behind me ordered the exact same thing I did and the worker helping her provided her with everything that was apparently “out”. All she did was go to the back and grab everything. I am very displeased and saddened by this location and will probably never be...

For my first time here I was recommended by a friend to get a create your own bowl which has a lot of choices and you get a lot for what you pay for! You start off with 3 bases which can be spinach, romaine, spring mix, kale, cabbbage or iceberg and you get 6 choices of toppings, and two crunches and your choose of a dressing. And you can add a protein to it as well. I was recommend to do the “ spin it” option so the dressing gets nicely coated on your whole bowl. I recommend for one person To get a regular size because it’s very filling. I really liked their buffalo chicken with their avocado ranch dressing! This salad hit the spot on a nice hot afternoon along side their absolutely delicious cucumber lemonade. Their customer service was excellent and very fast and efferent. 10/10 best salad I’ve had and their ingredients are beyond fresh!

I really was sad to see that they removed the ordering screens. Having the touch screens made me feel like I wasn't being rushed and I could take my time with what I wanted to get. Additionally, the screens made it It's easy to know what I was ordering because sometimes the sides don't always have labels, and you don't know what they are. When I asked the lady who worked there. She said they were removed because people didn't like them.... Not this person. I loved them, and I wish you could bring them back. When I asked her how come they couldn't just do both She said they would not do that because it would alienate people, apparently. I would be fine with it personally. And having options is never a bad thing. Anyway, it was nice while it lasted. Hopefully, It'll be back it made the experience a lot more relaxing for me.

I don't think they have a new "spin on greens" as their slogan claims but the ingredients were fresh, the place clean and the portions were humongous, at least 25% bigger than any similar salad place, making the price a great value even though you should prepare to spend over $10 if you add any protein. Do stop calling fried strips of dough wontons. A wonton is a dumpling-like thing with filling.
