Worst customer service. We waited at the grill for about an hour. We were served on the grill area. The chef basically gave all the serving to the guy that was to the left of him. I had ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice. My other party had filet mignon . There was about seven adults and one child. The chef kept giving the food to the guy to the left and to the right of us. By the time we had our serving which looked like for two people the chef split it with three of us. The guy to the left received more meat, rice and vegetables than Iud. He didn’t have double servings. I complain to the chef. When our receipts came out, we told him to take off the chicken and by the way we didn’t ask to takeoff the chicken for the other portions that didn’t receive it. They came back and said that was the portions we were supposed to receive after they looked at the camera. The camera, if they would’ve looked at the camera, they would’ve noticed that the chef gave everybody at our table food to the guy that was to the left of us. We only complained about the chicken when we should’ve complained about the whole meal, the wait time and the chef not having the right food to begin with. The didn’t want to take the chicken off the receipt when it should have been all three of us complaining. I would’ve not wanted to see if chicken was the only protein on the plate. The manager didn’t even want to refund or take the chicken of the receipt. Checking the camera when you know the portions were terrible. Read moreOur waiter took forever to bring our refills, my husband asked for a beer and he took forever to come and say we don't have any of the one he had asked this happened twice and when asked okay what do you have he said let me check totaling about 40min just for a beer and within that time no refill. Now I know the miso and salad are complementary but our kid ordered something not just a side and she did not receive either one so we shared ours with her. Now it's no biggie but the people that sat on the other side had a kid and did receive salad and miso which made it obvious that they do serve the miso and salad with the kids meal. The family that sat by us was celebrating a birthday and their order was totally wrong and not to mention all our food was burnt. Now the chef Isaiah did state he was new and barely has 4wks working but I wasn't expecting chicharrones as vegetables. It was unpleasant. We waited another 30min to pay because that other family obviously complained about being charged for items they didn't receive with their meal and the waiter was viewing the cameras which I get it some people might like or whatever but this wasn't the case. Waited until they apparently reviewed cameras and then he comes and forgot to charge us so we had to wait even more. Mind you this wasn't a busy day nor was there many tables busy.. the service was unacceptable and the food was over burnt. Read moreI just left eating at this restaurant right now and I had the WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had at ANY restaurant. My server was very professional and respectful. The issue I had was when my server mentioned a military discount to me for being a military veteran, WHICH I am already aware that this restaurant offers one. The GM that was on the clock at the time proceeded to not apply the military discount for myself AND a buddy of mines. He had our server return our receipts and it was the same price of the original receipts. I approached the GM and he tried to downplay it like he did not just try to get one over on us. I called him out on his mistake and he tried to continuously make excuses and say that he would fix it and how it was “No big deal”. The GM must’ve gotten frustrated and he actually pointed in my face, and told me that he did NOT have to give me a military discount. I just wanted to make sure that he would not be trying to treat other veterans of COLOR the same way I was being treated. I asked him to tell me who was above him, and he said “I’m the boss”. This issue is beyond a discount at this point. This man belittled me and disrespected me beyond belief. What happened to customers are right? Even when they are wrong!
