Horrible service, slow, took 45 min get our food. Wings tasted as if they were just standing there as they were cold, fried pickles were hard ugh horrible service. Our order was incomplete as well. Also, we have the VIP discount card and there says we get a free appetizer with the purchase of two entrees.... But.... they no longer take it.... Last time I come here ... I went there because of the VIP card. They should Remove themselves from the VIP discount card website....
Also, it's not acceptable that the "manager" be rude at us, of course she said she did not care since her father was the owner. You call that putting your guests first? Wow, amazing!!! Simply rude since the minute we asked to cancel our order after taking Almost an hour to bring it out and on top of that, the order was not complete. I treat people the way they treat me and even more after overhearing what the manager was telling her employees (cooks) about us. That's not being professional when running a Business. Her pointing her finger at me is also okay I guess? Wow? Way to go. I acted toward her the way she treated me. Apperently she don't care since she is the "Daughter of the owner" he did not even care to yell at me in front of other customers and again because of course I again will state that she, is the "daughter of the owner". All this could had been avoided with her professionalism of handling situations as a "manager" if I got this all in return for the "daughter of the owner" imagine what I and other customers will expect from the...
Read moreThis is a nice, little neighborhood bar, that seems worth visiting to have some beers. My visit was for the chicken wings, on the night of NCAA Men's basketball final. My standard for chicken wings is Long Wong's in Metro Phoenix area in AZ. I have never had wings from NY, so who knows if my standard is highly valid. For certain though, I highly prefer hot sauce that is like Frank's hot sauce, NOT Tabasco. I can usually tell the difference, and I thought that Hot Chicks' hot wings sauce was Tabasco based. The wings were ordinary size, cooked right, and overall taste was good. It wasn't anything that blew me away and compelled me to want to come back soon, but that is more so due to my preference in the sauce. If you like ranch dressing with your wings ask for extra, since serving only comes with two ounces. Our server provided good service, but it seemed like it took awhile for food to come out, considering there were only two or three other diners. Prices were comparable to other chicken wing spots, good amount of tv's for sports viewing, place wasn't dirty, parking was easy, and restroom was adequate. I wouldn't come here for the chicken wings again, but to have a beer or...
Read morePast two football seasons, I have went to Hot Chicks (Saints Fan). Show up today, we're not a Saints bar anymore so we can get more people. 1) Food - it's your problem not a fan base, 2) Saw what I assume to be a owner / manager take a shot behind the bar and make sure his "friends" were good, 3) poor server had to 1) defend off a drunk customer that kept wanting to have his drink in a plastic cup (he bought one drink; this isn't going to keep you in business), 2) she was the only one waiting on the entire bar, and 3) nobody defended her once. Update: I did have an owner who reached out to apologize. I appreciate that. I say give this place a shot and determine your own opinions. The plus was the server was very professional in making sure that we got our drinks and making sure she did nothing to jeopardize her license so props to her. Hopefully this place can turn it around and this was just a one...
