Great taste in food we really liked this restaurant. The funny part of all this I finally got my Godzilla on my Godzilla roll while finding out this restaurant is owned by the same owners of Fun Noodle company!!! 😱 its insane how this place got it right yet with Fun Noodle company they didn't. The wontons do taste a bit different as they arent as sweet as Fun Noodle Company but do have that chive onion like taste with the cream cheese. The orange chicken was very flavorful and fragrant, the general tso was delicious but lacked spicyness, my combination noodles were super delicious and on point very flavorful and colorful. Our son ordered chasu on skewers and really loved the crispy texture and taste of the chasu. I didnt like the noodles at Fun Noodle Company as it lacked flavor, and the pictures looked the same as FBC, so we didnt bother to try it here. The customer service did lack and its so true what the other reviews did say, "lucky if we get refills". We wanted miso soup, which if you are familiarized with noodle restaurants, who doesnt have it 🙈, the waiter legit told us we don't carry miso soup yet the menu states otherwise. We spent $90 on the above and unfortunately, alot of the price came from being charged for refills. Keep in mind here there is no fountain drinks just drinks in a can so that will affect the pricing. For $90 it was pricey, overall worth it, with lack of customer service and lack of knowledge on the menu, and my reason for four stars. Ill probably get the generic reply to this of "we have real Japanese masters and etc", 🙈 unfortunately that does not show and reading something other than that would be better. Us as customers want to read a possibly solution not what you have and it not showing, a real master would nail the flavorful flavors of simple ramen....just saying.....

Came in after a late night soccer game. The staff was courteous and very responsive. Only a few on staff but very little customers. Atmosphere: was clean and full of vibrant colors yet modern and family friendly. Unique decor for an Asian restaurant but can't wait to see where they take it. The food was amazing, fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The rice, noodles, vegetables where all perfectly cooked and not soggy or soaking in soy sauce. The orange chicken was sweet, tangy, crispy yet nice, and tender juicy pieces. (Slightly on the larger side but qaulity meat) The general tsos chicken was fantastic qaulity of meat, spicy, yet not over powering plenty of sauce yet crunchy. The vegetables were crispy and fresh but steamed well. The grated orange peel is absolutely delicious as well. Taste like candy. My husband found the garlic in the noodles slightly over powering, but I loved the bean flavor and found it a perfect pair. Sushi was fresh, I personally prefer a smaller slice, but that's me, I enjoyed every bite but would ask for light mayo next time. They were not joking when they labeled it FIRE Volcano!!! Plus was they bring you a pitcher of water instead of a single glass. This was awesome as my Littles enjoyed pouring their glass and I enjoyed having lots of water without the wait. Came in perfect when the heat 🥵 hit. LoL can't wait to try the Boba and deserts. THIS RESTAURANT IS STILL A HIDDEN CATCH!!!! Dine often and enjoy its amazing food before the rest of El paso finds it. 😋

Edit: I’ve been coming one or two days a week for about a month and a half now, and the teriyaki chicken (pictured) is some of the best i’ve had. I’ll be coming to this place for a very long time Ever since Kaedama fell off in quality i’ve been looking for something to fill that want. I ordered takoyaki and the black garlic tonkotsu, the takoyaki was freshly made, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. The octopus was perfectly chewy, and it had plenty of bonito flakes, an absolute perfect start to the meal. Then when the tonkotsu came, the broth was creamy and extremely flavorful, it tasted like it had actually been simmering for hours and allowed to develop its flavor. My girlfriend got cream cheese wontons and the honey walnut shrimp, the wontons were also freshly made and tasted amazing. The shrimp was crispy, and the honey walnuts were perfectly glazed. I really hope this place gets more traffic because they deserve it, the service is amazing, and the owner is very friendly. I would love for this place to succeed and will be returning as much as possible.

I had left a review a few months back because everything at that time was amazing. The food here still does not disappoint. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I came here the service was phenomenal. Since then, they have a female manager who is extremely rude. I have ordered Togo several times, and each time she is rude and unpleasant to deal with. Today we went inside to eat. She seems super irritated anytime any was asked for. We are not overly demanding people. It is as if she does not want to be at work....ever. At the end I had finally had enough of her attitude so I asked to speak to the owner. She showed up saying she was the manager and refused to get the owner. I told her exactly what my issues were, and how all the times I have been there she is so rude. She laughed at me. Obviously this was not ok so I asked her what was so funny and her response was "I don't speak any English". Really!??! All of a sudden. And she still refused to get the owner. It is extremely sad that this is the face of their restaurant. The food is amazing, and besides her, the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and warm and pleasant to interact with. I hope that the owners really rethink of who they have as...
