Worst experience ever, terrible service, rude young kids working there, totally unsupervised! Just look at all the reviews on google and Yelp for this location! Bad, bad, bad. Oh, and you have to contact “corporate” with an online complaint, but they don’t get back to you. I have sent FOUR online complaints for 3 weeks and no response. Some young boy named “Jay” working there yelled at me to “get out of my store!” several times while the manager texted on his phone and leaned on a broom. All in front of my daughter and other customers! And after he overcharged my credit card and I knew it was too much, he would not give me a receipt!! Jimmy John’s worst location ever! No wonder your sales are down, business is slow, area manager didn’t care and isn’t doing her job AT ALL. Sad that customers have to pay for this kind of service. We have paid a lot over the years, even catered my daughter’s party. No more! Unbelievable that there is no meaningful way to make a complaint. I saved all my online complaints, but for what? I was genuinely impressed with my recent visit. Javier, Jess, and Elisha did a phenomenal job greeting me and taking my order with professionalism and friendliness. I ordered the Ultimate Italian with a side of pesto, and let me just say—this was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time from this brand.

Every element of the sandwich was spot on. It had the perfect balance of oil and seasoning, and the meats were cooked to a delicious crisp without being overdone. You could tell real care went into crafting it—it was as if magic happened during its preparation.

As someone who has worked in professional kitchens, I have a deep appreciation for quality and execution, and this sandwich exceeded my expectations. I had previously stopped coming due to declining quality, but this experience has completely changed my mind. The improvement is undeniable—they’ve clearly raised the bar.

The theme and service you’d come to expect from JJs just isn’t at this location. Unfortunately, the young guys I was served by have absolutely no concern for customer service. One was eating at the window and wasn’t too happy that I walked in. I understand breaks, but take it and don’t work if you are required to be on break. The other young making the sandwiches made the sandwich quickly but could give a toot about customer service as well. But I noticed the blonde young man that helped me didn’t even acknowledge my presence whatsoever. A white older male customer came in after me and he was greeted and was very polite to him.
