Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

I pulled on the lot at a little before 530 pm on 9/13/2021 wasn't but one car in the parking docks and two at the PUW. We pulled into bay 5 since we were gonna get four meals and didn't know what we all wanted. Decided on what we wanted after about 5 minutes and pushed the button to order. Waited ten minutes for a response. The light was shut off. Went ahead and pushed the button again to place our orde.r. waited another 7 minutes or so. When I heard a truck a few Bays down from me placing their order. The truck pulled in three or four minutes into the second button. Push. So we de 8d3 to go through the drive thru. Ordered our food. Almost a forty dollar order,hence the bay parking to begin with,needless to say the making of our order at the window took around 6 minutes. UT when we initially payed at the window we let them know we waited in bay 5 pushed the button twice and figured that maybe the button or speaker didn't work and the store should know. Our orde was repeated to us at the speaker and at the window. Order was still missing items window cashier didn't appear to appreciate the fact that even though we waited on them while ignoring us in the pull up bay we still went ahead and order from the establishment and let them know they might have...

This has to be the worst yet, out of all the others, I haven't had sonic for a while, first off, it was empty, I can figure why, the young man in there, super rude, on the drive thru he's very unprofessional by Rushing you, giving attitude for ordering more things, and once you get to the window, it was so expensive now, that he must of overcharged for him to keep the money, 18 dollars for a burger and mozzarela stucks is too much, he takes the payment and almost tosses the card with the receipt back. To get the food, didn't take but 3 minutes, to give the bag and slam the widnow close. I ate a tott, and it tasted it like the oil on the frier haven't been changed for a year, it was disgusting, I didn't want to go back to avoid any confrontation with the frustrated teen. Then the burger was in a smaller box, idk if those boxes are charged to the employee, but it was squished beyond looking appetizing, I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they were cold. Seemed like he just packed whatever for being the only customers there. This needs someone's...

You should see that KATHERINE "ROCK" the school lunch rush (They are located directly across the street from Franklin High School, the largest high school in El Paso).

She has the voice of an angel over the speakers in the drive thru! I don't think any thing could shake that wonderful young lady.

I hope that they are smart enough to never let her go. I go pretty much every day just to see her. But the again, I hope that I hope that she is smart enough to know that she is destined for much bigger and better things. Until that day comes I will continue to look forward to hearing that sweet, sweet voice, taking just a minute of her precious time just for me, and making my heart smile.
