Im sorry for all the confusion and the lack of service and the way the Store was just in general but I think and I’m sorry if im wrong . But please listen to me thank you but I just wanted to say my bad for the store not running the way it was doing in the beginning with corrections and employees coming and going so it was really frustrating but believe me when I tell you this, this is a new Subway and I want to shout out to all the people who are now my employees too cause I’m not a assistant manager and am doing alll I can to make sure your sevice is looking great and your sandwich’s Make sure you’re satisfied I think there’s one thing we ain’t had in a minute that’s a fresh team and a fresh store so we’re trying our best to be at the top and make sure we can work hard and also take pressure off the manager so I can step up for the night and make sure there’s no more No more Customers unsatisfied into answer calls also drive-through moving a little faster and on time to Get a fresh sub when u need it and it’s on time ! First and foremost I’d like to start that I understand policy is set in place to protect establishments from being cheated out of their money. But today was really unfortunate the way things went and I was not happy with the way the store manager handled it over the phone. I ordered over $100 worth of food for my staff so we can each enjoy some food together during a long shift. Food arrived on time some 40 minutes after the delivery was placed, only when we opened the bag to find the sandwiches I noticed that my specific sandwich was missing ($14.78 just the sandwich mind you). I went ahead and called the location to ask about what we could do to have the delivery and food that was paid for into my possession. When I first called the staff member mentioned he didn’t know what to do and asked his supervisor to come along, when the second person took the phone they pretended they couldn’t hear me and hung up after 3 seconds of asking “hello?”. I called back because I really wanted to see if I can get my food or at least a partial refund because I had no money left In my account after such a big purchase of food. I was greater by a woman who claimed to be the store manager and she told me that I needed to take the food back to her with a receipt to prove that we were missing the item. Only I had the food delivered through the SUBWAY app and had no means of going to the location with all the food and my receipt. I informed the manager about it and she seemed to get upset that I didn’t understand what she was saying. Except I did understand what she meant but I ordered delivery for a reason paid the fees and such for it or be left with a check over $100 and no food for myself was just embarrassing. She then made her point again and emphasized she will not do anything else beyond that, and when I asked if I can contact someone else she said no she is the store manager and what she saying will be final.
I’d like just to address that the store managers attitude to the situation was not that of a leadership position or someone working in a costumer service industry.
Also that if the system really doesn’t allow for any kind of delivery errors then something needs to to be addressed on that front because we that pay for delivery normally don’t have the means of going back into the store themselves.

Read moreI normally always come to this Subway with no issues, great courteous staff always greets me when I come in except for today the young lady that was making my sandwich already look like a she was in a bad mood I told her three times which sandwich I wanted which was the ultimate spicy Italian she asked me what bread when I've already ordered the sandwich before I know it only comes in white she gave me attitude as I told her, I noticed she was making the sandwich wrong as she asked me for what cheese I told her mozzarella? and i asked told her isn't this the ultimate spicy she rolls her eyes and aggressively took the cheese off and threw it back in the bin took the pepperoni off aggressively onto a paper and placed it in the oven, she was seriously aggravating me I could have been a crazy person and thrown my sandwich at her that's how bad her attitude was but yet there's a young man behind me where she's all nice to, seriously if you hate your job don't even work here. I'd mention her name but for her safety I wouldn't like anyone to bash her hopefully she's just having a bad day and she shouldn't take it out on customers because like I said you never know if there's a crazy person who's not going to have it. 1...
