My sister was taken there on a Friday and was given a room for her family to be there with her as we were coming from out of town. The next day, Saturday, we were spending time with her knowing her time was precious. We all stepped out of the room for a bathroom break for my sister. The nurse took my sister to the restroom and on her way out, dropped her. I don’t know how because we had stepped out, but we heard yelling for nurse help and we ran in. My sister was on the floor, and her son picked her up and put her in bed. The nurse then told us all to leave. My sister passed away the next day, which was really cruel that we weren’t all allowed to be there on Saturday knowing she was in her last days/moments. Our family member was taken here because he didn’t have lots of time and the nurse I over hear then getting mad at him because he needed assistance. And to top it off the administration had the nerve to tell the family the room was not a hotel and to rent an air and B so that our family member died there . She was hard and cold : had the worst experience

I have my mom taken to global hospice for a wound that she had. I took her in the morning. I stayed there till 12 o’clock and I went home to eat when I got back at three. My mom was choking with her mucus in her throat and they were just looking at her. There was one lady on the right and the other one on the left Side of the bed and they were just looking at her not doing nothing at all until I got there, thank God, I got there on time and I brought my mom back to life.
