I had the most horrible experience over the phone and in person. I called the number and was immediately left on hold, the young lady stated to hold. I could hear everything and the young lady who left me on hold was talking to someone about her nails. After 15 minutes I decided to just drive over because I was under the impression they were probably really busy. When I walked into an empty lobby I was greeted and realized I must have called the wrong number. I asked for a card and checked the number which was correct; I look at the counter to see the phone left on the counter. I look at my phone and showed the waitress my phone and how I had been on hold for over 20 minutes. She apologized and immediately went for her supervisor who stated her name was Miriam. She didn’t apologize and stated she was the one who left me on hold and that she was busy at the time that I called. I was in shock that a manager was so unprofessional and unapologetic. She then ignored and stated to the waitress to tell me she forgot about the call and it was her fault. Then pointed to the owner to go speak to him. I was then directed to the owner whom stated his name was Tom and didn’t really want to hear my concerns, I stated it was highly unprofessional for his manager to leave customers on hold for over 20 minutes and then refuse to take ownership of her mistake and refused to speak to me. I went to eat over there today to spend some me time, and since I arrived, the hostess charged me, and When she was doing that she made a phone call in her cellphone in that moment and she was holding my change and drink ticket in her hand while she was talking to her cellphone and kept me waiting because she was distracted... alright, it's ok, I just wanted to eat, I took a seat and I start looking at the food and I got shocked on how bad everything looked! most of the dishes looked mushy, dry and hard because of the constant heat, the shrimps the ones you peel off had the consistency of mashed potatoes, like how?, I couldn't enjoy any of the food I ate but I kept serving myself rice and mushrooms because I already payed for it, I just lost $20 bucks for really really bad food I got some of the fruit as dessert, you can't go wrong with fruit, well, it was sour! like when food goes bad, it tasted just like that, that I needed to spit it out on a napkin. My BF mentionef if he should receive a senior citizen discount. We said we will be drinking tea. So the price went down to $25 and change. She confirmed that we were drinking water, I corrected her and told her "tea" again. The price went back up to $27 and change. We asked why, what happened to the senior citizen discount? She said we are receiving it, it's that cashier claims she heard us say "water." Omg, really? Needless we said if we ever returned, we will go only for lunch. Service was ok, no smiles the entire time we were there. When we left, no body had not smiled the entire time, as we walked out, cashier did not acknowledge that we were departing. No good by, come back, thank you for your patronage. NOTHING. So, now we are saying we will not return ever because we were in essence not given the senior citizen...
