10:53 a.m. i pull up to this drive thru location. I asked the employee if they were serving lunch. Her response was "we dont serve lunch until 11am" As disappointed as I was to hear that I accepted the answer for what it was and ordered breakfast. Line not moving. By the time I reached the FIRST window, it was 11:00 am. So I told the drive thru person "its 11 am and I wasnt able to order lunch". She pulls out her cell phone and she shows me that its 10:57 according to her time. Now lets think outside the box for a moment. So if my phone is 3 minutes ahead of her time then technically I arrived at 10:50 am her time (not 10:53 as stated earlier). Still doesnt take away the fact that it took me 7 minutes to reach the first window. After a brief discussion with the manager and all I heard was excuses, I pulled up to the second window. At which point, the drive thru person tells me "can you please pull forward until your breakfast is ready" So Ive beeen in a non moving line, I wasnt offered to change my order at 11am and now Im being asked to move ahead to their "park zone" so that other orders can get through? No way. I couldnt order lunch and now Im waiting for my breakfast. In short, it took 12 minutes to get served. Management didnt try to compensate to change my order (spoke to two of them at two windows) and the 1st drive thru girl was trying to prove me wrong by showing me her cell phone. Read moreI’ve lived in this area for almost 20 yrs. I’ve been coming to this Mc Donald’s since they opened. Now that we can use an app it has make it easier and convenient for me. So far I’ve used it four times and I haven’t had any problems but my fifth time, wasn’t that pleasant. I ordered some breakfast on the app I got their and there was a big line so I decided to curb side pick up. I waited ten minutes and I started questioning what had happened I gave them five more minutes. After that I decided to call them they didn’t answer after several tries so I decided to go thru drive thru. There was a big line it took me to almost 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru. I ask to talk to the manager. I spoke to Raquel I explained to her what had happened she tried to look for the ordered and she couldn’t find it I showed her my receipt. She “looked” again and she said she couldn’t find anything and that this wasn’t her fault and she couldn’t do anything about it only giving me the order I had placed online. I was shocked how a manager could give me that excuse. Well then who she works for because it wasn’t her fault. I think this was very unprofessional of her. The girl who was taking the orders and the girl who was giving them out were so nice and treated me with respect they said sorry about with what happened and if their was anything else they could do for me. I give a 1 star only because this called “manager” responded unprofessional and didn’t give me the right treatment when she works for that restaurant and wasn’t able to make the situation better. Read moreThis location ignores delivery orders and only services in-person guests. I waited 15 mins, trusting they'd get to it, obviously busy. They only started the order after I asked about it.
And even after that, they're a MESS in there, unorganized, messing up orders. As I continued to wait, person after person kept coming in from the drive-thru to get their missing items, "I didn't get my French toast", "I didn't get my coffee with my order!", "I just went thru drive-thru, you missed an entire order of pancakes!"... On and on, many people had to come in to get their items.
This McD is HORRIBLE. (Zaragoza/Montwood) It does zero good to complain. I asked why they ignore the delivery orders until someone has to speak up and make them fulfill the order.... They just stand there looking at you with a __ _ look on their face; then blame "It's the system"-while pointing to the computer. I was there over 20minutes and saw multiple orders on the screen that they could have done, but they're so ridiculously overwhelmed with trying to fulfill the drive-thru, cough, excuse me, I mean messing up every order in drive-thru that it's obvious their priority is to literally ignore delivery orders.
EVERYWHERE is BUSY, so that's no excuse. Other fast food and even other McD locations are on top of it, got their act together. This location is fully staffed - their problem, that I observed, was a bunch of _ ___ tripping all over each other in a big hurry to just uff everything up....
