Here's the jist of this visit. Order up go to your card's declined sir. Did you run it as debit, yes declined. I swipe again. Your card has no cash. Did u run it as debit because I have yet to enter a pin. You know what I'll go to ATM, which I was but decided even though since I'm on foot my very limited choices of fast food choices are about 500 corner burrito shop's, B.K. , Mickey D's, churches, KFC an taco bell in case all the burrito shop's are closed an u get that 1am gotta have a taco urge...just to hard to say we don't have debit option, but I'm at fault for returning too so mabe one of this future visits one employee will give me that urge to give them more than 1 star tell u what I'll return in a couple month's an if you can take my order in English(1) I ain't gotta wait 10 min or more(2) there's less than 15 people crowding the ordering area waiting for there orders(2*)...there's 5 star if u slip in one area I'll throw in an extra freebie if the cashier has common sense and we can get through the ordering process using debit or at the very least tell me that it ain't a option and I'll use cash... Read moreI ordered a box of coffee via the app at 7:10am. I arrived at the location and walked in at 7:20. The crew looked overwhelmed by the morning rush. I witnesses the cashier ask a male coworker to get a coffee box from the storage area. He removed his glasses a kept rubbing his eyes while the cashier explained to him what to look for and where it should be. He brought the box, but did not find the cap that seals the coffee in the bladder in the box. Another team member went and found one. I then advised her I did not want the box the male team member brought and why. She gave me a look and threw away the box that he brought out. I then asked told her to cancel the order. I did this several times. She ignored me (I have a loud voice that carries) She came out with a new box and proceeded to fill it. I went ahead and accepted the box of coffee. I left that location at 7:45am, a whole 25 minutes after I alerted the app and walked in and 35 minutes after I had placed the original order. I have had other poor experiences at this location, but this is the worst yet in my neighborhood McDonald's. Noone ever told me how long it would take, although I was advised that location no longer sells boxes of coffee, even though it is on this location's app and they had the box available (not all locations offer boxes of coffee...
