Whataburger — Restaurant in El Paso

I've ordered from this whataburger countless times and today they had some of the worse drive thru service ever, I try to be patient because I understand new hires and lunch rush but today it seemed as if they were running around like chickens with out heads. The food order was completely wrong, and how the food was being distributed was backwards, people 2 or 3 cars behind were getting their orders first prior to those waiting at the window. They were parking the cars but it was disorganized, there were both people waiting for food and waiting to leave. I spent a total of 28 minutes in the drive through to only find out my order was wrong and having to go back around again thus waiting another 15 minutes. Don't go here unless you'd like to waste your lunch on waiting. I don't plan on going to this Whataburger for a long time, if my next experience is better I'll be more than happy to change...

It seems that the night crew here, is lack training and better customer service. I stood by the counter waiting for close too 15 minutes to have assistance. While in the back the staff was horse playing, music too loud. I know its 1am but still lack of professionalism on the managers and staff. While it took them 15 minutes to take my order. Two other customers went up too complain ,one he had been waiting for his order longer then what I waited for service. The other a walk in,that his drive thru order was wrong, the manager a short stocky young man has no buisness being a manager, and his other manager a young lady stocky is just as bad. Being a past whataburger employee, way back our service was the top prority. Educator now and teach my students of 1st impressions. Since I’ve been working nights at my job periodically, I would stop at Whataburger. I came in contact with one of the workers at Whataburger by the name of Karen Lozano. This young lady, knows what customer service is all about. I truly hope that she gets recognized for her excellent customer service skills and her attention to detail. The backstory is each night I went in there I would ask for a shake, but they would tell me that the shake machine was down or being cleaned. Tonight this young lady miss Lozano remembered me and told me the shake machine is up and running she provided me with my order and I am very satisfied. The night before I went in there to order a sandwich which they no longer had, but this young lady went out of her way to make that sandwich for me.
