Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Paso

First time ordering from this pizza hut. Placed an order for delivery @10:55 AM (they open at 11 AM) & I didn't receive my order till 1:15 PM. Called @12 PM to find out the status of my order & I spoke with customer service (phone # directs to them w/website #) I was told I would be transferred to store. A girl answered at the store, stated they were extremely busy & there was 2 pizzas ahead of me, when I asked how much longer it would take I got "it will be there soon" so I asked once again can I have a time? 20-30 mins, she replied "yes 20 mins". It was now 1 PM at this point I'm extremely upset (I had ordered a big pizza box for myself & coworkers so I felt bad cancelling the order) I called customer service once again & was told I would get a $10 credit. Once the delivery came it, I asked him to please have manager contact me. I received a call from Elizabeth (GM) which explained they were extremely busy with a huge order with no heads up & that they are not allowed to make orders out of order & offered me $15 credit for pizza. If I would have gotten a courtsey call to explain the situation I would have canceled my order & not waited like an idiot for 2+ hours for pizza that wasn't even hot. I had such a great experience at this Pizza Hut! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The service was quick and attentive without feeling rushed — they made sure my order was just right and checked in to see if I needed anything.

I had put my order online and asked for curbside delivery my husband was waiting there literally almost 45 minutes I had called the office twice to notify them that he was there and they told me it wasn't ready yet to wait 15 minutes after 20 minutes my husband called me saying they still hadn't delivered him the order I called again and they told me it was going to be another 15 minutes when I called the third time they said I was supposed to click on the notification which I did on my email and I even had called them just to make sure that they had gone it just so he wouldn't be waiting to long and they said the notification was never sent this is ridiculous the lady told me she was the only female there to answer the phone but my husband saw more that 3 females and the times that I called was 3 different female.
