Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in El Paso

I drove thru the frantic and crazy traffic 4 miles to discover that I didn’t have my debit card after a drive thru purchase at Raiding Canes by UTEP. Gift cards will not appease me for failing to return my monetary instrument at the end of the sale.. I had to make another stop to pick up laundry and realized the cashier failed to return my debit card. Four miles later I returned and asked one question. Why didn’t someone come to the stop sign instead of yelling to stop me? like I would have heard the yelling... managers reply was, “we can’t have employees running into traffic”, but I was at the stop sign long enough for someone to flag me down. Instead he apologized, then shoved two gift cards for combos, my debit card and the receipt into my hand. It was not my pleasure. I will stick with Chick Fil A, because I think they would have put forth more effort to stop me since it had taken me 3 minutes to get out of the drive and sat at a stop sign waiting to get on the street. Very unfortunate experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the 3 piece meal. The young lady at the window was short tempered and rushed me off. I asked her to confirm if my order was correct, the bag seemed a bit light. She said it was correct and closed the window. I took my order home only to find 2 small pieces of chicken, hardly any fries, cole slaw was missing and the bread was cold. It seemed this order had been sitting there for some time. I contacted the store to discuss with the manager, who offered me a free meal next time I visit. I didn't call back for free food, I just wanted to let the management staff at this location know to please train the staff to be more courteous during your busy times. Please don't rush people off and please make sure the orders you're handing out are correct, especially for those customers in your drive-thru.

I appreciate the offer for a replacement meal, but I don't think I'll be returning to Cane's for a while.

Never going to this Cane’s again. With so many other fast-food options in the area they make it easy to say, “No Way!”. Had a dispute over sauce, only honey mustard on one box meal and only hot sauce on the other. Traded coleslaw for an extra honey mustard and hot sauce on each. What I got was 2 boxes on with 3 Canes sauce the other with 2 Cane’s sauce and one honey mustard. When I asked what these are never seeing the Cane’s sauce before they said it was what I asked for. I said no one ever said anything about Cane’s sauce and this is not what I paid for even getting charged for the one honey mustard. I was getting heated, and I knew this Thirty something wanted to see if I would do anything to go viral after she dropped the Louisiana hot sauces packets in front of me, so I just left all the sauce on the counter Cane’s included and walked out never to return to this joke again. 17:30 something...
